Thehouseofemily Reviews

Excellent product. Ease of ordering. Delivered on time or slightly earlier.

Very poor delivery service by Royal Mail as the item was sent near me then redirected up north by Royal Mail only to be returned to me days later.
Ordered a larder item than needed which fitted at time but once washed on cold wash and dry it was to small so unable to wear and unable to claim refund so had to purchase another elsewhere so just maybe say item will shrink when washed.

Quality of product,,price, prompt order processing and goods received on time. Packaging and postage charges reasonable.
Second time I have ordered goods with House of Emily comments above apply to both.

Ordered easily. Didn't have to wait to long for delivery. Price good. Delivery good on time left were I wanted thank you. Will be ordering again.

This company is deserving of 5 stars From ordering through to delivery I was kept well Informed of the progress of my order. Delivery was exceedingly prompt. A very happy future customer 😀

Purchased a nest of tables online; phone call to arrange delivery within two week period, confirmed by email; courier arrived promptly as arranged. Furniture well packaged and as good as I'd hoped. would definitely recommend.

Beautiful fitted sheet in an emperor size which is hard to find, great price

I strated wearing the olive corduroy overshirt as a light jacket, then realized it was more useful indoors over a T-shirt. The fabric has enough weight to hang properly and the chest pockets actually hold my phone without sagging. Corduroy attracts lint more quickly than my cotton shirts, especially around the c uffs, so I keep a small brush nearby. The sleeves are roomy and the shanps are easier than buttons when I am heading out. It has filled an awkward gap in my wardrobe.

Excellent service and perfect product. The quality of the bedding I ordered is luxurious and fast delivery.

The House of Emily were very helpful and quick to reply to my emails, querying the delay of the delivery of my order. This delay was down to Royal Mail, but H of E looked into the matter and I finally received my parcel.

Quickly delivered. Very nice quality , large and colour perfect. Liked that they were beautifully tied in a white satin ribbon. Thank you

Excellent comms from the moment I placed my order. I was really surprised at the great quality of the sheets I ordered. Will definitely buy from them again

Easy to order from web page, sizing chart was helpful as buying for a friend. Value for money. Timely delivery, well packaged. Quality wasn’t as thick as I expected but then hoping once washed it will fluff up slightly.

Ordered a Terry towelling gown for my husband, it came on time , it’s great quality too.!!! He was well pleased with it.

Ordered a replacement for a house of Emily dressing gown id had for about 6 years. Loved it but it had finally worn out. Wanted a terry towelling hooded one. I was a bit sceptical with the sizing, sometimes things come small and I wanted it to be snuggly.
Omg its perfect! I ordered extra large (the biggest they had) thinking id need xxl. Im 6'1 and 17st. Comes up big and material is nice to touch. It came quickly and well packaged. Great price too.
I would definitely recommend.

Speedy delivery and packaging was done well. The quality of the robes was lovely and the fit is generous

Having read some of the negative reviews on here I was a bit dubious about ordering, but I have to say, I can’t fault this company. Good communication, quick delivery, item is as described, size stated was accurate, washed well.

Really beautiful soft Egyptian cotton 7 foot emperor fitted sheets for my seaside holiday guests who demand exceptional quality.

The arrived in good time also.
