I ordered an item and never either!

Same as lots of other people. Ordered an item over a month and a half ago and never received it. Then weeks later an additional, unexplained charge. Customer service responds saying be patient but nothing. I think this is fraud. I have contacted my credit card company

I agree with all the reviews here this is a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes online on December 5 and have not received them - today is 19 January. The link I get is to a shipping provider that indicated the product is coming from China. That was my first red flag. Second, the delivery has been stuck in the same status since January 4 and Emily, J (as everyone else is dealt with) keeps assuring me that the package is on its way. But for the past week, I have not been able to get a response. I was charged for the price of the shoes, no shipping, which probably should've gotten my attention, but I didn't know it was coming from China. Four weeks later, I noticed a credit card charge for some type of a membership that I never agreed to so I'm disputing this with my bank and I've reported them to the BBB. To top it all off the address on their website shows an address in Newark, New Jersey and Google maps shows that it's clearly an apartment building.

I purchased an item based on the 30-day return policy shown on their website, which states items can be returned if they are unworn and in original condition. There is no mention that returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects.

When I requested a return, I was told they only accept returns for defects. That directly contradicts what is written in their own policy. When asked where this was stated on their site, they could not show me.

The item was unworn and in original condition, yet they are refusing the return. If returns are truly ‘defects only,’ that should be clearly stated before purchase. Buyer beware.”

If I could give no stars I would. Totally fraudulent company! Should be investigated by the DOU. Do not order from them. Thankfully my credit card company refunded my money but stilll doesn’t make this right. No intent on fulfilling orders. Just taking money and hoping you can’t get your money back. Fraud alert!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a pair of shoes for my son on November 28 it is December 26 still haven’t received them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!! Going to dispute the charge on my credit card and report.
1.10.26- After multiple emails to Emily J with this “company” today a package was delivered from Fremont, CA from USPS with the shoes I ordered. My credit card used is now being charged for a 29.99 subscription charge. Will be disputing this as well.

Theight is not a legitimate company! I purchased shoes for my son 11/27/25 and it’s 12/23/25 and still have not been received. They seem to be stuck somewhere in the US since 12/12 according to the tracker. The company also started charging me a $30 membership fee which I had never signed up for. It’s a complete scam.

DO NOT PURCHASE! They advertise all over Instagram with official looking videos. Ordering from website is relatively easy, like purchasing from legitimate, US retailers.

I made purchase on Nov 11. Today is Dec 19 and still no delivery. Originated in China which also leads me to believe product is a knock off/fraud.

Search elsewhere.

Ordered and package still hasn’t arrived a month later. Tracking system doesn’t work that they sent me. Appears they are based in NJ but actually coming from China. Fully expect not to get package or it will arrive and be fake product.

Should be zero stars. Ordered in September 2024. It’s now Feb 2025 and not delivered. Communication has stopped from them.

This is total garbage. Fake branded Chinese goods. Sizes are very very small. A large is not even a small size. Quality is poor. To top it off my credit card was compromised a week after I paid. Not sure if it’s related. Not recommended.

Worse company you can deal with it stuff arribe almost a month later not what you order quality extremely pour and all the stuff wrong as for size and color customer service lack of that they don’t even know the meaning of that

Completely fake and overpriced. Do not shop here. I thought I was ordering Ralph Lauren not a fake knock off.

Ordered something a month ago - got confirmation of the order then…crickets. Haven’t received the merch, haven’t had any communication, no shipping info, no tracking info.

Should have went directly to POLO and purchased as it was only a 10% difference in price.
