I bought suits for my mother. Only 2 were delivered whereas the one suit that costed 2499 rupees was not delivered even after 15 days. I tried contacting the customer care through email but didn’t get any reply also I didn’t receive any reply on WhatsApp business.
The owner sent me the suit so overall it was not a bad experience

They don't respond in customer care.
They will never refund the money!!!
Almost 50k rupees is stuck with them!
I foolishly trusted them and placed orders now they are neither refunding nor replying in customer care numbers! THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!

Better you should shut your business . Pathetic customer service, refund takes ages. No helpline numbers working. Nobody reply on whats app. You are worst in all sections.
