This is the second time I placed order here. I loved all the outfits. The stitching is really good and fabric quality is also good. Also, I always received a quick response to my inquiries related to my order status. In addition, stitching team contacted me to discuss the stitching options for each outfit. I will shop again!😊

Great Customer Service
I placed two orders. First one got delivered without any issues and well on time. The second order consisted of two suits. The courier company guy called to check if we were available to accept the delivery, clearly advised him that we will be available after 3:00pm. But our delivery was put on hold. Contacted customer service, received response immediately, along with a follow up. we received the package but unfortunately with only one suit while we paid for two as it was COD. The delivery guy did not allow my parents to open the package to check and demanded payment right away.
I contacted customer service again. As per the dispatch department, two suits were shipped, I told them I received only one. They offered to refund but i suggested if they could send me the suit that i had ordered. As the suit I had ordered was out of stock by then, they offered me another suit.
Overall, very good experience with customer service, good quality stuff at very reasonable price. I am now ordering lots of expensive clothes for giving gifts to relatives on my daughter's wedding. The great customer service experience has win over my confidence to place an order worth thousands with THE INDIAN FASHION. Keep up the good work!
Only suggestion would be that if courier delivery guy can be instructed to allow the customers to check their package at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience for both the parties.

I had ordered a salwar suit & had asked them to stich it too. I received the product after almost 25 days but the product is Soo good. I loved the stitching and everything is so perfect, I m sure m going to buy more from here.

There was no info on the delivery
There was no info on the delivery despite me giving all the information about my address and contact details. I had to check and find out where the package was and trace it. After paying so much for the shipment, etc expected a better service.

1. Dupatta is small of the order I received.
2. Your response time is bad. For most of the enquiries I did not get answer from you even though those dresses are out of stock.
