Awful service. Ordered a printer which isn’t working and organisation refuses to take any liability for it. This organisation is nothing but a scam business!!!

Miss Navdeep you should be ashamed of yourself , I speak with Zebra and they saying we already speak with this customer and Printer is working fine , I provided same case number to Zebra(that you shared with me over the email) and they said after speaking with customer we closed the case , I told you to share chat transcript over the email but you are not providing to us , we cannot give refund when printer is working fine.

Poor Customer Service - Items never arrived
Terrible company to deal with. Paid for next day delivery and they never sent the items. They then decided to send the items to a wrong address over 2 weeks went by with still no resolution. Lots of emails and calls later still no resolution. I'd stay away from this company unless you want to pay for items twice, as I have had to go elsewhere and re buy the items leaving me out of pocket a lot of money.
Also communication is really poor, they do not call you back, till you call and kick off.
Terrible company we will never use them again.

product is good, delivery not so much
product is good and as described, but delivery was offered as next working day if ordered before 4pm, and this was not the case. (items arrived in box which had been previously purchased on Amazon, so appears it had been purhcased by T.I.Digital from them to forward ship, rather than them having the item in stock as advertised)

Sorry for the late delivery.
The unit that you find in Amazon Packing is our stock as well, as we are sellers on Amazon as well and we have some stock at Amazon warehouse. The time of your order , we were left only 1 in our physical stock at our warehouse which has damage box. So that's why we had to move the unit from our amazon warehouse stock.
Anyhow , once again we are very sorry for the delay in delivery.

Online order cancelled due to incorrect pricing
Ordered online. Contacted after order confirmed to be told the order was cancelled because they had the wrong price advertised on their website and I should replace the order again at the 'correct price'.
