I really like IUGA as a fitness supplier Company! The material they use is top notch and I can tell that they will wear and wash well! In addition, I must also mention their customer service team as well. They were very expedient in responding to my needed exchange. This is definitely a company to try for your fitness gear!

My new favorite brand, great product at a reasonable price. I've ordered several different items, my favorite is the High Impact Sports bra, so comfy with support. The seamless front high waisted leggings and shorts are amazing. I needed to exchange a size and the customer support was quick and easy.

I ordered from them and got the wrong size and they promptly sent me out the proper size without having to return the other side. The customer service is by far the best I’ve ever experienced.

First off, love the leggings. They are comfortable and well made. Had an issue with an order and they were right there to help resolve, top notch customer service!

IUGA leggings are fantastic! They are soft, comfortable and affordable! I also needed to exchange some sports bras for a smaller size, and it was incredibly easy and they got back to me very quickly. I will continue to buy my leggings from IUGA!

Loved the different leggings I received but one was too big. I contacted customer support and they shipped me a new pair - awesome customer service

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they made things right away. They got back to me within one business day I got my correct size very quickly great company.

Great customer service and products. Arranged for a new pair of leggings from the order after fitment was not as desired for one size. Yoga mat has been great and the grip helps a lot during hot yoga sessions.

Service is very good and delivery was quick. I ordered a pair of pants that I didn't care for the fit and it was quickly resolved and very positively.

The leggings I have feel SO good on! They are high quality and I wear them all day long not just for exercising!

The size chart was completely wrong, so I ended up with a swim top that is way too big. Plus the fabric is wrinkly. Who wants a bathing suit top that wrinkles??
Finally, I emailed customer service to setup a return and they are not responding. I'll never order again.

Great customer service. My aunt wasn’t satisfied with her selection of leggings and wanted a return. IUGA responded to my email within a day, sent a gift card and took care of me promptly. I really appreciate their customer service and will be referring the rest of the women in my family to this company!

I weigh 152 and I’m 5”3 according to their chart on the website I would’ve been a medium. I ordered a medium they fit, but they kept rolling down from the waist so I went up a large I received them. The fit was better, but it still rolls down a bit which really disappointing but the good part is they gave me the second hair for free no need to return the first pair so I thought that that was very generous and kind. They are very soft and comfortable. Only problem is they roll down on the waist

Gosh, I don’t even know where to start because I just have so many wonderful things to say. :) Firstly, IUGA’s customer Service is simply wonderful and goes above and beyond. I had made a mistake when making my order and didn’t double check the shipping address. After seeing that, my shipment was returned back to sender, I reached out to IUGA. Kikyo, who responded to my message, was not only patient, professional, but incredibly kind!! I realized my mistake when we were confirming the shipping address. And even though it was MY fault, they offered to re-shipyard order to me without extra charge!! I have never dealt with Customer Service at this level! Just so kind. Secondly, the two long sleeve UPF shirts I got were perfect! The cinching on the sides is so cute and flatters my waist to butt ratio. The fabric is incredibly soft and clings in all the right places. I also got a pair of the PowerTight Scrunch Butt High Waist Legging and a pair of the PowerTight Compression legging. The fabric, once again, is SO soft. I could seriously lounge around in them all day. I love how both leggings passed the squat test and I experienced no camel toe situation at all. Truthfully, I was worried about the “No front seam” because your girl here has a prominent pubic bone but I was pleasantly surprised and am so happy about it.

Since I got my shipment a couple of days ago, I can’t stop telling family and friends about my experience with IUGA and how soft and comfy their leggings are. Having experienced their superb customer service and worn their quality products, I can honestly say I’m impressed with their price. I love their leggings and how they fit and feel on me much more than the ones from Lululemons, Athleta, and Fabletics which have been my go-to for years. I also feel like they are not only similar in quality, but also softer in feel and at a much more affordable price. I’m a lifelong convert here. In my first experience, you showed me you care about your customers. Thank you. I will be back for more!! <3

I loved 3 products from IUGA. The heatlab, bootcut Fleece (wonderfully warm), the highwaisted bootcut in denim yoga pants & flextight yoga leggings. All fit beautifully and made my derierre look great. Seriously, I even got compliments! I returned the water-resistant fleece which ran small, even though all items were size L. Customer service was easy and helpful. I don't care about "scrunch-butt lifting" or no front seam. The fabric was really very good, not too thin like most companies. I use these pants for yoga, the gym, dance & everyday running around.
Happy I ordered!

There Customer service is tops very fast service and the quality is very very good. I ordered the wrong sizes and they got back to right away and are sending out larger size. I was very impressed, no hassle and very kind. I will be buying more for sure.

Like many other people, I saw an ad on Facebook for these tights. I’m always looking for nice soft/comfy ones that won’t break the bank. I bought a pair of the high waisted flex and a pair of the compression. I think it’s important to take note that each style will fit you differently. The high waist flex fit me fantastic in a size medium. The compression tights were a little loose around the belly/waist area. I emailed about this and they happily told me just choose a different style and we’ll replace them. Awesome customer service! I couldn’t be happier. Oh! shipping was super quick for me as well!

This was my first time shopping here, I bought 4 different items; loved 2, didn't love/fit into the other 2. The return/exchange process was so easy!

I have purchased multiple times from IUGA. The styles, fabric, fit and colors they offer are great.
Warning.. items do sell out fast so if an item is available, don’t sit on it,be sure to grab it while it’s in stock.
I did have an issue with how a couple of leggings from my last order fit me,I wasn’t going to say anything at first because it was a self conscious issue but I couldn’t afford to just let them sit unopened in the bag. I decided to write an email to customer service and they were extremely helpful, offering me a few different options to fix the issue.
I can tell you this from experience, when you find a company that offers quality products that you love, has representatives that actually listen to their customers, answers questions honestly, and offers solutions while treating them with respect, stop shopping elsewhere!
