I had an amazing experience dealing with IUGA customer service. They were prompt to get back to me and resolved my issue immediately. I wanted to exchange a pair of leggings for a different size, and instead of mailing back the wrong size that I ordered, they are sending me the size I want no questions asked. So amazing! Plus the Heat Lab fleece lined leggings are so warm and cozy. I can’t wait to order more clothes from IUGA!!

Fast shipping, amazing customer service, and a great product. I did my first strength workout with the butter lab leggings and they are the first leggings that didn’t roll down when squatting! I needed to exchange one of the pairs I ordered and customer service replied so fast and took care of me. Will definitely order from them again.

Received my order very quickly. These are the ONLY yoga pants that don’t break me out. The flex tight wasn’t quite what I wanted and customer service was prompt and so helpful. Five star all the way.

Clothing quality is great. Timeliness of delivery from order placement is great. Their customer care department is spectacular! This is the 2nd time I've needed to get a different size garment and both times, instead of the exchanging rigamaroll, this company just sends out my request and allows me to do with the already received garment whatever moves my spirit!

I am extremely happy with the IUGA experience. I ordered 5 pairs of leggings. Upon receiving them I loved the look, style, and feel of the leggings. Unfortunately they were a bit too tight. Customer Service sent me the same leggings in the next size up and they are perfect! Can't wait to wear them. I recommend the product and company, you won't be disappointed! Thanks, IUGA

I received my order pretty quickly and was so excited to try everything on. Love the flare leg leggings so those for sure I was keeping. The sports bras were a bit too large so I did need a smaller size and contacted the company. Instead of spending time sending the original sports bras back, they told me to give them away and they immediately got another order prepped to send me the right size. I really do appreciate that as a solution and I do wish more businesses adopt that if it makes financial sense for them.

I have seen this brand all over and decided to try.. wow! The quality is awesome and the price is as well! I am an avid gym goer and their clothes pass all the tests - squat proof, comfortable, soft, easy to move in, and flattering. I had a few items in my first order I wanted to exchange and their customer service was fast and so great too! Can't recommend enough. My new favorite brand.

First of all, I am so impressed with a quality of IUGA sportswear. I think they are even better than the expensive "Lala" brand!
Secondly, I had a problem with my size and customer service was right there to assist. The response to my email was amazingly rapid, and my replacement size will be here within 2 to 4 days.
But most importantly, the price for the quality is amazing! Will definitely be purchasing more, as well as gifts for this Christmas!

I received my order promptly but unfortunately I needed to exchange for larger size… my fault! They responded with a very friendly & helpful reply & not only offered to replace with the next size up but also told me to donate the ones I received even though it was my error! Talk about GREAT customer service! Not to mention the fabric is sooo soft!
