From the initial call in May , Rob arrived exactly at the arranged time within a few days ,very nice guy,he measured up and the quote was good, I paid the deposit , from thereon, Sarah kept me updated on the progress on my 'cafe style' shutters. Today 14th July , Tom fitted my shutters,he is awesome, the shutters are fabulous,beautifully finished and fitted, I'm beyond pleased, I have also ordered full height plantation shutters for my bedroom window , the shutters are bespoke for my windows, the whole experience has been great, I don't mind waiting for bespoke things, when they arrive , they are better than I thought they would be.
If anyone is thinking of having shutters ,I wholeheartedly recommend The Joinery Shutters Company .

Took about 45 minutes to install one window...

Had my shutter fitted today by Tom and I am totally made up! So pleased with how they look. Process was so easy, from the home visit measuring up to emails keeping me up to date from Sarah and the fitter Tom who took such pride in his work. Nothing is forced on you. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you!

The consultation to place order was great, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. The website they have is useful and informative. The paying system - clever. The fitter was great, he was quick, tidy, and obviously experienced. The shutter is as ordered and fits a treat. The value for money is excellent. I can truly recommend… but, I had to wait 12-weeks for delivery and fitting - the reason being shutters come from China on a very slow boat. You will need to plan around a very very long lead time hence the 4-stars.

Although the original installation went quite well, it took us two years to realize that the shutters provided for identical windows, were not the same. The upper section above the cross member contained three shutters on one window and four shutters on the other window. Any attempt at a response from these people has proved negative.

Excellent service all round, from the first call to measurement and then install. Kept well informed with the progress of the order and on installation day, fitter arrived well in advance, he was very friendly and professional. The shutters are fabulous, so much, we want more windows fitted.with shutters.Excellent and would/have recommended to family/ friends.

I placed my order just before Christmas and fitting to place on 23rd March which was a long lead time, however after havering the shutters fitted i was absolutely thrilled with the quality and skill of the fitters.
