Absolutely outstanding service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Honestly, couldn't be happier with the whole experience! I'd placed my order thinking I'd already paid, but hadn't actually completed the bank transfer. A lovely lady gave me a call while packing orders, just to check if I still wanted mine and kindly explained the payment process. Such a nice, personal touch, and she was genuinely lovely to speak to!
The order arrived really quickly and was packaged incredibly well. Genuinely impressed with how much care had gone into making sure everything arrived safely. I've had a bit of a nightmare lately with deliveries from other companies turning up damaged, so it was genuinely refreshing to receive something so carefully packaged and in absolutely perfect condition!
There was even a little handwritten note inside, which really made me smile. It's those small personal touches that make a business stand out.
Fantastic customer service, speedy delivery, and clearly a company that cares about its customers. Couldn't recommend The Juicy Joint enough! Thank you! 🌸

Took a bit of a detour (but not your fault) and still arrived on time. Last one of my favourite Juices from cotton and cable. It's a pitty that so many suplyers are ceasing production.
