The ring is beautiful and as described. I do agree with others who said that they did not receive a confirmation on the order so they were worried. But they were responsive and it did arrive in about 2 weeks from the order date.

Chaitneya is a fraud .. he took 45k from me for a ring in 18 k gold but never delivered the product . Its been a year , he has blocked me from everywhere and never refunded my money. THIS STORE IS FRAUD . They have nothing in US or anywhere it is a big big scam. Do not buy anything from here. I would recommend raise his complain against him in police . The more the complains the stronger the action

The experience was new for me, I was worried until I received it. It was exactly as I ordered, they answered every time after the purchase. Just an inconvenient when the product arrived, because international laws. It must be written or said when the purchase completed or before, so the customer doesn't feel worried. i ordered a id bracelet on the 9th for christmas as a gift today is christmas no bracelet i been emailing back and fourth to cancel my order and refund my money being the bracelet is still being manufactured and hasnt evan shipped ..they want to do a partial refund ..unexceptable ..NEVER order anything from these theifs

This is the worst service I have ever experienced while shopping online.
A truly terrible experience.

I ordered an engagement ring worth 1,000 USD — 18K gold with a 1.25-carat lab-grown diamond.
Instead, I received a ring made of 14K gold, and after just three days of my fiancée wearing it, the first two side stones fell out. The following week, three more stones came loose.
On top of that, I never received the PROMISED certificate for the ring.

After three months of chatting with customer support, we finally received a replacement ring. However, this ring has no gold hallmark, the main diamond was set crooked and is not inscribed, the side stones are not diamonds, and according to my jeweler, the gold is full of air bubbles.

I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from this store.

I ordered a size 5.75 ring and they sent me a size 6.5. I went back and forth with support with the promise they were shipping me the correct ring. They never did and quit responding to me at which time it was too late to take any additional action.

Shipping took very long time. Customs duties amounted to about 30euros. Customer service was excellent and items is beautiful 😍 I will order more.

It's really appreciating how beautiful their craftsmanship is . I got my first snowdrift ring, in rose gold with 1.2 ct lab diamond centre piece, vvs 1, d color and it was really awesome, got tha certificate and finish of my ring is top quality. Support is also reliable.

I felt that I was a rather difficult customer due to rhe amount of special requests I inquired to the karat store about, but every request they were happy to fulfill. Although I wasn't able to receive the ring on time, at the fault of my own procrastination, they did everything in their power to get it as soon as possible which I am forever great full.
