I have used The Kensington Handyman quite a few times now and I am always very pleased with how fast they respond and how efficient their work is.

Very professional, reliable and punctual. My sliding window got off the track, which Tristan fixed quickly and properly. Apart from fixing the problem, he realised that my curtains were not moving smoothly so he fixed the rail, too. I have already decided to call them for other issues in my house and would recommend them to friends and family.

Really please with how the new Cat flat looks and works on my garden door the insulation is neat and tidy. I would really recommend as it was a tidy job. I’m very pleased.

Handyman was punctual, helpful and completed all carpentry work - mainly fixing the runner on a set of cupboard doors - to a high standard.

Tristan is very professional, experienced, punctual and friendly. He's helped us with many tasks, all to an excellent standard - including installing a bath glass panel, knocking out a cupboard, installing security cameras and mounting cupboards and shelves. I needed to find a Handyman to assembly a flatpack bed for my elderly father and found Tristan via an internet search. Tristan was amazing. Communication from the outset was outstanding. Very responsive and reassuring. On the day Tristan was flexible to arrive after the flat pack furniture arrived and he went above and beyond to give excellent customer service. Absolutely professional! The service that Kensington Handyman provides is outstanding and timely. I was able to book easily online and 24 hours later the handyman arrived. He assmebled a complex TV stand and even went the extra mile to help put the TV on the stand. He then proceeded to assmeble two bathroom cabinets.

This was topnotch, Tristan the Owner was incredibly accomodative and Omar the engineer he sent was super courteous and incredibly professional. I WILL USE THIS SERVICE ALL THE TIME!!!

Firstly Tristan is an excellent communicator. I needed some carpentry done in bathroom wooden sill (rotted) which needed to be replaced with PVC to stop it rotting.
Kio was timely, tidy & did an excellent job.
So much so I had him back again to reseal shower tray with silicone. Again a very good job done & not too expensive for London. Thank you Tristan & team, it helps to know a good handyman especially in London.😊

I used The Kensington Handyman as I had a king size ottoman bed which needed to be dismantled and rebuilt in another room. Omar did an excellent job, arriving on time and working efficiently and carefully. He was polite and very communicative and I would definitely use The Kensington Handyman service again, when I need some flat pack builds or blind hanging, electrical work etc. Thank you for your help. This is my third experience with them, and each time I’ve made a request, it was executed within hours—unlike other places where appointments are required and the wait can exceed two weeks. Their precision and professionalism are unmatched. I don’t expect to reach out to anyone else in the future.

We have had a most wonderful service from the Kensington Handyman. In addition to various handyman type jobs carried out in the flat - e.g. joinery and plumbing repairs - we also had some more extensive works done in the kitchen. This involved replacing a fridge freezer and dishwasher. Tristan guided us on ordering appropriate appliances and Kio, his operative, did a really professional job taking out the old and installing the new white goods. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be using them again and we are pleased to be supporting a local business.

Fantastic customer service - delivered with patience and kindness. I had an issue late on Thursday evening and got in touch via WhatsApp. Tristan kindly walked me through the preliminary steps necessary to diagnose the issue and (!) fix it myself. He took time out of his evening to do this over WhatsApp, resulting in an immediate fix for me. I am so happy to have found such great customer service and look forward to using his services again

I booked The Kensington Handyman the other day for securing my wardrobe units onto the wall and also together. Communication was so smooth through Tristan and I was booked in the day after.

Bedroom door fixings, bathroom fixings.

Kensington Handyman sent a pleasant and very efficient guy to set up our trampoline. Finished it in an hour I will certainly use them again.

Tristan has been great from start to finish. I gave him a list of jobs, shelf hanging, lights fixed, painting etc and he showed up and fixed everything. We are keeping him as our in house handyman 😂
