Seamless order great experience
This was an internet order. It went great. Sword was shipped right away and here in the US in a few days. In August, we visited the store in person in Edinburgh. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Maybe next time, I'll order a full suit of medieval armour.

Ich hatte kürzlich Kontakt mit The Knights Vault und bin rundum zufrieden. Ich hatte zunächst eine falsche Version eines Schwertes bestellt und wollte deshalb die Bestellung stornieren. Der Kundenservice hat unglaublich schnell und freundlich reagiert. Meine ursprüngliche Bestellung wurde ohne Probleme storniert, und gleichzeitig wurde meine neue Bestellung sofort in die Wege geleitet und direkt für den Versand vorbereitet.
Der Austausch per E-Mail verlief absolut reibungslos. Jede Antwort kam klar, verständlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass dem Team der Service wirklich am Herzen liegt.
Ich kann dieses Geschäft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Hervorragender Service, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und eine wirklich vorbildliche Abwicklung.
