Arrived today and I can honestly say I'm mind blowing by the quality and the fact it arrived with wall mount and sheathe, 5 Star product. I got this as a give but I'm gonna have to order somthing for myself it's incredible.

I ordered a sword from The Knight’s Vault in April, for my daughter’s birthday in May. I was advised that the sword was on back order and as a result there would be a delay in my receiving it. When the delay turned out to be longer than anticipated due to supplier issues, the staff at The Knight’s Vault couldn’t have been more helpful. Having decided not to take the refund offered, I was kept informed of my order’s progress by staff member Yilin, who was at all times friendly, helpful and prompt in replying to my emails. I received the sword last week (mid August), along with a free gift as a thank you for my patience and understanding. The sword is 100% worth the wait, and the customer service from The Knight’s Vault has been exemplary. I am a very happy customer, and would have no hesitation in making future purchases from the shop.

I have ordered Anduril sword for my Fiancé birthday and even though order was on back order ,I didn't mind waiting. Communication with Knights Vaults was nothing short of perfect. I was offered refund in case I didn't want to wait for the sword,I knew at every step what was happening with my order etc. When sword arrived,I was really surprised with how good quality the product was. Really,really impressed with it. It looks amazing,very well made and my Fiance is over the moon with it. We received little extra gift as the wait was so long and that was such nice little surprise.

Very good at contacting when pre-ordering a sword on backlog from lord of the rings. Excellent quality and the gift I received I am very happy with! I also got a necklace for my girlfriend which came in time just before her travels!

Ordered an axe but they had difficulty getting it, they kept me informed and offered me a refund, I decided to keep waiting. In the end they contacted me to say it had been discontinued and again offered me a refund or replacement, I took the replacement and it is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely use The Knights Vault again.
