Terrible customer service

The clea collection.

Ordered 2 bras -waited a while to get them.

I ordered 36 D which is a L (large) on the size guide.

I contacted support -send them pictures of the bras. Sent them pictures of the packing information and I sent them a picture of the size guide with a red circle around the 36th the D and the big L.
That would be L for large

The email that I received back told me that a 36 D is a medium, which was the size that they sent.

The picture was clear. The red circles were clear and I’ve resent the picture a second time.

I’m starting to feel like this is a disingenuous organization. And at this point if anyone ask me, I would say no do not shop here.

à éviter .Gestion des retours…

à éviter .Gestion des retours frauduleuse
pour une 1 ère commande il est dit qu'ils remboursent intégralement .
En réalité il faut payer le port de retour et on est remboursé 40 % de la commande .
Les conditions générales de vente sont mensongères car ils ne parlent aucunement d'une pénalité de 60 %

This bra is only good for small to medium-breasted women, as there's no support. They claim it will fit women up to 7X - don't believe it. And if you want to return the bra, they will make you ship it to China which means the freight will cost far more than the price of the bra.

disappointed.

There appears to be 2 websites for this product. (thelacybra.com and thelacebra.com) I'm not sure if one is a knockoff. they seem to be identical. I ordered 2 bras from thelacebra.com,1 pink and 1 beige. The beige looked more like a soft orange sherbet color, I don't like it. they both were uncomfortable and did not fit well. I ordered my usual size, the bras puckered oddly, bit into my ribs and were itchy where the lace was...not what I was expecting. The seams and assembly are fine, but the material for the cup seems a poor quality and has what appears to be permanent creases from being crushed during storage or shipment. the shipment did arrive within 2 weeks. the websites do not share, i'm sure by choice, that the product is made in China.

Kein guter Service

Kein guter Service. Der Artikel wurde aus DE versandt aber zurückgeschickt werden soll in die Slowakei.Und das ist so teuer (mit Nachweis), dass sich das nicht lohnt. Das empfinde ich als sehr ärgerlich. Habe zwar 40% GS erhalten, aber trotzdem erheblichen Verlust gemacht. Hätte ich das alles vorher gewußt, hätte ich mir den Artikel gar nicht erst gekauft. Schade, schade, schade!

Very confortable

Very confortable. I bought a pink one. The size was not perfect (a little bit big) and they are sending me another size free of charge. No bumps in the back, gives you a nice shape. It keeps you a litte bit straigther with the shoulder straps. A little bit rubbing in the armpit but i am getting use to it. I would like it wihtout the lace on the front because its shows under the tshirt. Took around three week to arrive. Overall very happy!

These bras are so uncomfortable and…

These bras are so uncomfortable and poorly handcrafted. This company is quick to take your money, but they don’t want to back their products. I ordered 4 bras from this company and received 1 almost a month after placing the order and 2 more a couple weeks later. The last bras shipped the day I sent the 2 unopened packages back for a refund, minus $45 in shipping fees, as this company does not back their products with free shipping. The customer service is terrible, please do not buy from this company! You will be extremely disappointed.

Terrible refund and returns process

Terrible refund and returns process, despite what they say on their website about easy returns. Wish I could give no stars.. they are asking me to ship back a product that does not do what they advertise at my own cost to Slovakia ?! unfair and gravely disappointed that I was conned in this way! DO NOT BUY

Our European return center is indeed located in Slovakia. We would love to set up a return center in every country we ship to; however, given that we ship our products to three continents, it would be nearly impossible to do that at this stage.

We are still a small company right now. Similarly, while we love that we can offer our customers free shipping and exchanges, we wouldn't be able to afford to cover the costs of the return shipping alongside everything else.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I wish I could put no stars as thats what it deserves
Do not buy from this company. The bra is not as described as it offers not offer support and its very cheaply made in China !!
Trying to return it is a nightmare. They offer you a refund of 40% and you can keep the bra or you send it back at your cost. I paid by PayPal so I've set up a dispute with them and my bank because under the sales and goods act 2015 items have to be fit for purpose and described properly and this isn't .
AVOID IT DON'T PURCHASE .

SENT BACK THE BRA REFUND GIVEN BY PAYPAL REFUNDED POSTAGE THROUGH PAYPAL

I finally got my bra today

I finally got my bra today. Let me say that the bra is quite ok but the shiping time was long. And ot was hard to track the otem
But i do like my bra and its a good fit. No color run either.I would recommend.but they do need to improve on their shipping timing.

I can't believe this company

Lisa check your email with subject title "missing orders", order number is 926400. To date, only received ONE.

I can't believe this company. I ordered five bras total and only ONE delivered. When I emailed them asking for status of the remaining items, they kept responding it shipped and gave me tracking number....but the tracking number is for that ONE bra which delivered. It is ridiculous trying to get these foreign people to understand! As I'm writing this review, they just responded right now with same thing, "Your order has shipped " but it's the same damn tracking number. The rest of the four bras is nowhere and The Lace Bra customer service is probably an automated system. FRUSTRATING!
