The Lettings Club and Marcus were very helpful through out the whole process. They made the whole process really simple and handled everything including advertisement of my property, viewings, deposits and overall management.

Marcus provided a great level of advice and was very knowledgeable with any questions I had around the whole process and managed to find a tenant for my property in a very short period of time.

Marcus and the Lettings Club were excellent throughout the process of purchasing my first investment property. Professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable of the industry.

We had an initial consultation about strategy including budget, property types and locations for investment. Marcus performed many viewings on my behalf when I could not make them due to work commitments, providing high quality advice on the feasibility of each investment. He was also able to recommend Brokers, Accountants and Solicitors at reasonable cost.

My property purchase was particularly difficult, with the bank initially refusing to lend. Marcus helped liaise with the estate agents to prevent the vendor pulling out of the sale whilst also drafting the appeal to the bank.

Once the purchase completed, Marcus advised on maintenance work and legal requirements before the property could be let, and was also able to recommend contractors to complete this work.

The letting process was simple and efficient. The Lettings Club handled everything, with tenants found and deposits paid within days of going to market.

Flawless throughout, I would highly recommend the Lettings Club to anyone interested in investment property!

I don't think you will find a better property management firm. From the service itself, the advice given and the clear and constant communication on offer, these guys have everything on point.

I moved my properties from a high street company to The Lettings Club and it was the best decision I have ever made. If you are considering using TLC, it is an absolute no brainer and an incomparable service to your other property management services.

One of my properties in particular had a number of jobs that needed doing from different trades and the Lettings Club made the process absolutely seamless and stress free... As an investor based in the south with properties in Leeds, I think I would have had to make the journey up personally 3-4 times through the process (even with the high street brand managing the properties).

From the start I have felt that any questions or queries I have had have been listened to and they have been very patient and helpful from the start.
