The London Removal Company were great from start to finish. Reasonably priced and took care of everything we could need included, such as dismantling and putting back together furniture that required.

Moving can be stressful but they made the entire experience almost fun with how easy it was to talk/banter with them.

We had some difficult furniture to move out of a 1st floor window but these guys did it without batting an eye, safely and securely.

In a nutshell, hands down one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of working with.

They were efficient, thorough and careful with all her delicate items and worked throughout the day with a smile and a laugh. Brilliant from start to finish. Barry was fantastic at organising everything and and between him and Rachel (who came to visit us to quote) we were extremely reassured at every stage. Really took the stress out of the whole thing. On the day Pablo, Chris and Lawrence were with us on time and (like many of the other reviews say) they were calm, smiling and hard working all day. Lorry packed in about 2 1/2 hours (even with our stairs) and unpacked even more quickly, we couldn’t believe it.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend this company highly enough - thank you all for making a stressful day feel like a walk in the park.

Everyone was really friendly, helpful and very professional. As well as loading and unloading the removal van rapidly and safely, the team broke down and rebuilt 2 beds for us and packed up all our fragile items. We would recommend The London Removal Company to anyone looking to move in London. The whole experience from making the first enquiry to the end of the moving day was really easy, low stress and great value.

They booked me for a move date (3 weeks in advance of move), then have a person come out to look at how much furniture i have to move for an estimate one day later. I then never receive the estimate, so I call them (1.5 weeks in advance), only for them to tell me they can't move me at all. THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW!!! Now I have lost 1.5 weeks of time to find a company hat can move me. The man also did not understand or care how much this completely inconvenienced me, and hung the phone up on me twice. This company is not only incompetent but also don't care if they lose customers, which they now have.

This company went above and beyond anything I could have expected. We had an 8 month old baby and during Covid we needed the full service (dismantling/reassembling) - we had received some wildly different quotes which made the decision very difficult but The London removals team were accommodating, friendly, fair and reliable. They waited for completion without fuss or complaints. Assembled everything within no time at all and despite their lorry getting stuck on the drive way because of gravel - they laughed it off and called a tow truck. Great people , great service.... very happy

Really helpful team made a stressful event much easier.
Barry came out to do an inventory and quotation and by that afternoon we had booked the move for the following week. Pedro and team were absolutely brilliant. Friendly and relaxed and helped calm down my 'mild' panic, and they powered through moving me out. They unloaded at the new place in record time, I almost didn't believe they could have finished it. Wish I had got them in in advance to help with packing - I know for next time!

Chris and the team were absolutely fantastic- they moved my 2 bed flat and about 40 large trees in pots into my new garden. Was worried they would nickel and dime me on it, but they stuck to their quote even though it it took longer than they expected and the huge trees were difficult to move. Truly appreciate them and Barry for arranging!

I chose this company after the reviews I saw on here and I was not disappointed. The team turn up at 8.30am as promised and had me moved into my new home by 1pm, which is fantastic. Everything was properly secured so no items were damaged. The team were friendly, professional and had a positive attitude. I would definitely recommend to others and will be keeping them in mind for any future moves.

I had the best experience with The London Removal Company. They were really quick to come and size up my flat for the quote and were great with all communication. The team who packed up the flat were so efficient and friendly, making what could've been a stressful day very easy and actually quite fun! I would highly recommend their service. Thanks again.

I had an unfortunate experience when they transported my new kitchen. It included a marble worktop which they assured me they would take good care of. It broke during transit and despite accepting responsibility they refused to pay the £3000 damage they caused. Accidents do happen but it's how they are dealt with that matters. This company has a very unprofessional attitude saying that its my fault for not paying for the right insurance. I would not advise using this company.

I can't thank Barry and his team enough for their work and the manner in which they did it. They all made one of the most stressful times in life much easier and we were reassured throughout the process.

Barry's team made unloading and putting up the furniture look easy which is testament to their skills and professionalism.

Everything was packed away and then unloaded with minimum fuss and nothing was damaged.

I highly recommend The London Removal Company and I'll be using them again for our next move.
