The purse looked different than…
The purse looked different than pictured. It was less pigmented and two toned. Additionally, the threading was already loose and the product appeared smaller than pictured.

Very unprofessional
After the order the chart has been updated without any explanation and one item was taken from the order. Instead of 4 I received 3 items. This was suppose to become ambassador. I would never be ambassador of someone so unprofessional.

Customer service so far above and beyond just about any company I've ever worked with
The service that I received while browsing the website to placing my order and beyond was absolutely stellar I got regular updates from them about the status of my order and that they were preparing it and that they would then notify me as soon as it was shipped which they did they also continued to stay in touch with me as I waited for everything to arrive and I just don't even have words to explain the above and beyond customer service I received

Great idea designs
The ideas came and didn't disappoint at all. The thought that went into the particular necklace piece is top tier amazing. The king bracelet speaks volumes in the presentation itself and I've gotten more than a few compliments about the sunglasses as well as being asked where they can get a pair or two.

Jewelry is pretty but not what I ordered
I typically don’t leave reviews but I’m pretty upset with my order. I never heard of this company before but I was asked to be an ambassador and I like how the jewelry looks so I signed up. I was so excited when I finally got my package in but once I opened it I realized I really only received one thing I actually ordered. I ordered 3 necklaces and 1 anklet. I only received 2 out of the 3 necklaces and they were not what I ordered. I did receive the correct anklet so I was happy about that, but how can I promote the jewelry and the company if I don’t receive what I ordered?
