Website is full of the prettiest clothes you won’t see anywhere else, very flattering on and they’re the most amazing quality too. Will definitely be buying from here again.

Missing Order
I ordered my bag on the 30th April still not come.Ive emailed(checked my junk)and messaged 4 times no reply.I was a bit wary ordering off this website maybe I should have gone with my gut feeling and stayed away I will be getting intouch with my bank regarding the money I paid.Please don’t waste your time and money ordering from this website they don’t deliver what they say and the customer service is totally unacceptable
Basically no returns policy
I requested a return through the website, no response for 3 days so I emailed on Monday, still no response so I’ve emailed again today. I’ve also DM’d them twice on Instagram. It’s looking like I’m never going to get my money back. Absolutely horrible customer service, if I’d of known, I’d of never ordered.

Made an order on 8th June which said 2-3 day tracked delivery. The order is not yet received or shipped and no response to 2 emails sent.

I ordered an item and it arrived on time. However, it was the wrong size. I emailed and asked for an exchange and they said there was no more of my size in stock so I requested a refund. Sent my refund almost a month ago now (06/04/2023), have not heard anything from them after emailing twice. I have checked my junk folder too and still no email. So not only have I not got my refund, I haven't even got the outfit I ordered anymore.
UPDATE: never had a reply and had to claim my money back via my bank

BE WARNED - this is a scam! They claim delivery time is 5-7 business days - I got an immediate confirmation email of my payment and then nothing for 10 days. I emailed, (they claim to reply within 24hrs) no reply for 3 days, before I froze my payment and passed it over to the Fraud Investigation Unit. The Luxe Range clearly have the right of reply, (which in itself would be ironic, as they are unwilling to reply to concerns about payments taken for good unreceived) however, if they attempt to dispute my experience - as a prospective customer, if I were you, I would take that as all the evidence you need, to avoid this scam even more.
Avoid ordering
They sent me the wrong size coat, I ordered a size S and they sent me a size XL instead. When I tried contacting them to get a returns address they haven't replied to me

dont buy from them they scam u! i cant believe that lucinda would have a clothing brand and scam people.for a return they say u have to email them for the return address or theres no way of doing a return. so i email them and they ignore my emails!!! and theres no way of finding out the return address… they do it so they can keep peoples money when they try and return.. this is fraud..

The item I ordered came damaged, and when I tried reaching out to the team for help, I wasn’t given a response. Disappointing and I would never shop here again.
Everything was fine until I wanted to return
Everything was good, loved the dresses I ordered. However one of them was too big so I emailed them to ask for a return which I got no response from, I emailed another 2 times which again no response. I have now been waiting 2 weeks so looks like I’m not getting my money back for the dress that doesn’t fit. I’m really disappointed as I love all the clothes on website but won’t be ordering again in case I have to return something.
AVOID - Do not order!
Awful service. When I received my package it came with a note to say that the sender didn’t pay the full postage fee and that it was down to me to pay. When I emailed about this they replied instantly. As soon as I emailed about a refund for the item I ordered they stopped replying. I sent 5 emails over the space of one week on multiple different email chains and they completely ignored me. I ended up filing a chargeback on my card for the money. Absolutely shocking service. AVOID and save your money!!

Amazing quality on the dress I bought and fit perfectly! So true to size.
Only downfall was my order was sent a day late due to them being so busy and my order got here the minute I was about to walk out the door for the night. Atleast I got it to wear! Stunning. Would definitely buy again
