Bought a pre-loved luxury piece recently as a gift, and honestly, what arrived exceeded expectations. The condition was fabulous — beautifully maintained and pristine..Considering it was nearly half the retail price, it genuinely felt like the steal deal.

What stood out even more, though, was the customer service. The scarf was listed without the original box or dust bag, and since it was meant to be a gift, I requested if something could be arranged. The team actually went out of their way to source a box for it just to make the gifting experience feel special — and that thoughtful gesture made all the difference..
