Terrible customer service
Still battling with them to get a refund for a faulty product which they expect me to pay return postage on! They are now ignoring my emails.
Photos of the faulty item have already been sent in 3 times.....the refund has been approved but they are ignoring my emails requesting a prepaid return label now!

This football net is just…perfect!
This football net is just amazing…..perfect size for my 2 year old nephew - it was his favourite present! Small enough to have up in his playroom so that he can practise scoring goals even when it’s cold and wet outside. Great that it folds away too as he now wants to take it wherever they go! Missing parts to kids dressing table and chair
I ordered a dressing table with a chair for a Christmas present for my little girl. I ordered it end of October time, didn’t think to build it beforehand as it should all be there as it’s what I’d paid for. When my daughter opened it Christmas Day I was unable to assemble as it has several pieces missing. I emailed them to make them aware of this plus my daughter was so upset and they said we can’t do anything to help me as it’s gone past the 30 day period fr purchase. Regardless there are pieces missing so left a customer without knowing it’s a fault at there end not sending all the correct parts! I think the response was unacceptable and the way the situation was handled was appalling. I will be taking this matter further.

Excellent service beautiful Bibi baby boy doll
Excellent service, purchased a Bibi boy doll from The Magic Toy Shop and he is beautiful. Very pleased with purchase and I am sure my granddaughter will be too on Christmas Day. Quality of product is excellent. The sound box sits in a Pocket on his tummy, which is easily accessible for battery change but a little unusual. The sounds are good not too loud or offensive. Kept up to date and arrived ahead of schedule. T
