I ordered two boxes of marshmallows the website says it’s gluten free but on the box it says otherwise .. that they are not in a gluten free environment.
I emailed the team and radio silence.
You cannot say you provide gluten free marshmallows when you don’t !

This is my third time of ordering and as always, simple and smooth process on the website, prompt and accurate delivery with updates on progress and beautifully wrapped on delivery.
I just happened to catch the Marshmallowist on an old showing of the Hairy Bikers, thought we’d give them a try, and wow, they’re fabulous! Great for gift ideas for loved ones, family and friends….will definitely be back for more!

Had a box from my husband for Christmas, they looked wonderful however had a funny chemical taste not sure if this is from the packaging or the actual marshmallows.

Have ordered twice now, first time for us after seeing them on Inside The Factory, and then again as birthday gifts. The packaging is lovely, solid pink box, so the marshmallows are well presented and ideal to gift. The mallow's taste beautiful, in fact giving them away will be hard to do :)

Oonagh and Jenny were very personable and responded quickly to my questions. On a recent visit to the Uk, when they realised I had a very small window to receive their champagne and strawberry marshmallows, they made sure I did. Top marks for that.
