Top class product

I ordered 1 x treat box but instead received 2 x boxes of Halloween themed? chocolate covered marshmallows. Very disappointed
However ss soon as Marshmalloeist heard about it they apologised for the mistake and quickly rectified the problem so please order from them!

I read about the product in Country Living then tasted it when M&S sold it last May for Mother’s Day. Absolutely delicious and so beautifully packed. Bought a bigger version of it with more different flavours to sample as an advent calendar for my daughter in law who lives in Paris. She could not resist to open it straight away and said it was super-delicious ! So so pleased !!!

I've used this company before so I returned to them. The actual product inside were great but I spent quite a lot of money as a Hallow'een gift for a friend & the box was smashed to bits in the post. I didn't have time to send it back and get new ones so had to use my initiative on how to present them.
I suggest to put them in more sturdy outer packaging .
After finding out the issue I had The Marshmellowist team didn't hesitate to get in touch & they kindly sent a replacement set of Hallow'een teacakes.

Hello i was visiting the uk and live in France 🇫🇷 after reading an article in country living I thought I’d try your product delivery was quickly received thankyou I was slightly disappointed by the flavour and I find the packaging unattractive and not relatable to marshmallows!!

I very wrongly rated this company as terrible the other day as I did not receive my order and had not heard anything.. turns out the delivery company could not deliver as I have a wrong postcode!! When I e-mailed them they responded straight away, resent the marshmallows and paid for the delivery too… their products are delicious and their service excellent..

Its the second time I have ordered and both recipients have been delighted with the present so will definitely be ordering again!
