Please be truthful
I didn't buy still. Should I buy tornado v3 . Please don't give fake comments. Is it trusty. I always buy from cubelelo . If it is trusty I might change. Is really the prices are so less. And is the timer only 199 and does it work properly.

Hi Shrinketh,
Thank you for reaching out and looking for a purchase from us.
I understand your concerns regarding trust and pricing. At mcubes India, we ensure that our products are priced competitively with the market rates, and we focus on maintaining the trust of our customers through transparent service and genuine products. If you're used to buying from Cubelelo, you're likely familiar with their offerings, but we're committed to providing a similar level of service and quality at mcubes.
If you haven't purchased the tornado v3, we do consider for the newest version.
Regarding the specific query about the timer: the price of ₹199 refers to the QiYi timer sticker, not the actual timer itself. The full QiYi timer is available for ₹999. We always aim to be clear about our pricing, and we apologize if there was any confusion and requesting to reconfirm again.
Feel free to reach out to us via email or WhatsApp (contact details available on our website) for any further clarification. We would love to assist you and ensure you have a great experience with us!
Best regards,
The Mcubes India Team

Great Customer Support and wide cube selection 💯
Recently shopped at MCubes for 3x3s and it's nice to see the wide variety of puzzles (mainly in the 3x3 section, that's what I was looking for) as I was searching for the GAN 13 Fx and the 55mm Ghuhong Pro, but couldn't find it anywhere else.
Plus, the pricing of the cubes also seemed very reasonable. The cubes were delivered in a well packaged and secure manner, so you can say the store had done their part to assure no damage occurs during shipping.
Lastly, their customer support was awesome, they were very friendly and polite, I had a several queries regarding my order, and they got back to me immediately and resolved it. As in my case, the puzzle was delivered but the core piece within the puzzle had a manufacturing defect from the factory, so upon contacting the store and providing them with proof they immediately spoke with the manufacturer and got the replacement delivered, all this in a week which was very quick (so thanks for that!).
For a suggestion, it would be nice if there were cube lubricants available, and in the website maybe the notice for back-order puzzles should be more prominent before checkout.
Overall, absolutely no complaints, amazing store, would definitely shop from here again! 👍👍
