Great customer service and very helpful in guiding me to the right products for me!

I have been seeing Dr Shabana for the past five months for various aesthetic treatments. She is always warm, professional and gives honest and unbiased advice. When applying treatments she is very thorough and never rushes no matter how busy her schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend her and am delighted with my results

The medical spa is my absolute GO-TO for all of my skincare needs. They are thoroughly professional and go above and beyond to ensure amazing service every time. Within one year of using my new skincare plan designed by Dr Shabana, I have had a complete change in my skin. I no longer have the need to wear make up as I am literally glowing every day and I’ve had countless comments from friends and coworkers. They never oversell or push me into anything unlike other practitioners I’ve used in the past and they always make sure I thoroughly understand the products, and how and why to use them. It’s an educational process that they make me a part of. I would recommend them very highly as they have always given me honest advice and outstanding results!

I’ve used The Medical Spa for a couple of years now. It’s great to see them expanding with new products. Dr Zamena makes sure to review my skin and its needs and ensures I have an up-to-date skincare regime that has changed throughout pregnancy, breastfeeding and post-partum life! Found this gem during the 2nd lockdown as I was looking for Zo skin products. Dr Shabana really knows her stuff and my skin has improved since changing up my products. Also visited for Botox which I am super happy with the results no bumps or bruising thank you for such a fabulous experience!! And it’s so local 🙌

I truly can’t believe the speed at which I saw results when using the Obagi NuDerm system. After 6 weeks the hyperpigmentation I’d developed during pregnancy was gone and my skin was looking so much better. With still a few more weeks to go I’m excited to see the final results. It is an investment, but the cost and commitment is well and truly worth it.

Over the years, I have spent a lot of money trying products to suit my skin, however nothing ever seemed to work. I’m so glad I stumbled upon The Medical Spa! My initial consultation with Dr Shabana was brilliant. All the right questions were asked to ensure I was placed on a regime that would be suitable for my skin type. I’m nearly two months in and I have noticed a HUGE difference using the products I was recommended. My skin cleared up and I also feel the products have given me a more even, brighter, complexion. I couldn’t be happier with the products and of course, the customer service!!

From the initial consultation process to the delivery process was very smooth. Dr Zamena was thorough with her consultation and recommendations and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I was impressed with the variety of products and medical grade brands that were available. They even followed up my delivery for me! I have been enjoying the products since receiving them and have noticed gradual improvements In tone and texture that regular skin care products did not offer. I approached the medical spa in order to treat pigmentation/red marks on my skin. I’ve been using the products recommended for about 4 weeks now and pigmentation that is 10+ years old is actually fading! I’m really pleased with the results

Very good experience. Dr Zamena was really professional throughout and made me feel really comfortable. She listened when I explained my skin concerns and made me a tailored plan. She explained everything about the products and their purpose, how to use them and any possible risks. I was also sent a detailed email with all the information in.
