Great happy with the new purchase

Excellent service, great price. I would happily give a 5 start review if you delivered to Northern Ireland. I had to use a re-shipper to get my package, even though I live in the UK and have frequently had items delivered by DPD and Royal Mail.

Good price and fast delivery

I was informed that I needed to register the warranty online with the manufacturer, even though the phone arrived in acceptable condition. As it happened, it had already been registered. You only have the IMEI to go buy when submitting a claim to the manufacturer; you are unsure about the registered name.

Have been looking to upgrade my phone as I had the basic Samsung A51, which by the way has been fine for me and saw the S25 on The Mobiles Warehouse for a fantastic price,cheaper than anywhere else.
Ordered on the Sunday arrived Tuesday lunch time, what a brilliant service.
Phone came in a sealed box in perfect condition. Will highly recommend this company.

Not going to lie, I was wary it was scam due to the price being much lower than others I've seen, but watch was perfect and delivered on time as promised

Customer service rang them around 8too 9 times on different days never got back to me evan once.

Bought new phone through them. Had it about a week and now I have notification from Samsung saying my phone will be locked in 72 hours as trade in was not completed. Note I did not order through a trade in! Samsung are unable to do anything as The Mobiles Warehouse bought through them under a trade in. C£1000 for a phone that will stop working in 72 hours. I've contacted them but they're shut until Monday. Let's hope their customer service is more efficient and they resolve. Not the best experience so far...

Was the cheapest by far and required no trade-ins. Was pretty quick to arrive and I was updated of the delivery status along the way. The phone was hand delivered to me, safely and well packaged.

Bought Samsung S24 - was hesitant at first, due to the price. Phone came boxed and was in perfect condition. Great customer service when i telephoned the company. Very happy with purchase. Would recommend this company to family & friends.

I would give them zero. I paid 660 for a phone. Firstly I kept getting a message saying the phone was part of a trade in deal and Samsung would block the phone if the trade in phone wasn't returned ( this phone was sold to me as new ) . I called them and they did rectify this issue but didn't explain why it was happening on a "new phone ". Then , after only 8 weeks the phone will not charge or switch on. I called them and they told me it's nothing to do with them and I need to contact Samsung. I advised them that under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 my contract is with them not Samsung and as the phone has broken in 8 weeks it is classed as having a fault before it was sold and explained their responsibilities in law. They have refused point blank to do anything, there by breaking consumer law , and just keep saying go to Samsung. I am in the process of taking legal advice and will be launching a claim against this company. I would never ever buy anything from them again .

Phone came next day with constant communication. Very happy with the phone at a great price
