Prices seemed a little too good, but Trustpilot reviews were good, so proceeded with purchase of a new phone. Item arrived quickly and in brand new condition for an "open box" item. Will be using Moniles Warehouse again.

Bought Galaxy S25 which came very quickly and was basically brand new. Great overall service and would definitely recommend to everyone!

Was a little dubious as I bought the S25 fe 512GB for a lot cheaper than anywhere else on a weds afternoon and it was delivered on Friday morning. Phone is immaculate. Very happy.

Arrived on time . I had a problem with my pin . I reset phone and started setup again. The mobile warehouse were helpful with sorting out problem. Would recommend.

Easy to order. Arrived within 3 days. New phone sealed at a fraction of cost elsewhere. Bit dubious at first. Not set phone up yet. So far so good.

I honestly can't recommend this company enough , I was really worried after placing my order as I hadn't heard of this company before , through my own fault not checking in my junk folder , a delivery came yesterday but I needed a pin number to receive it , he would not leave the parcel without it , I sent an email saying I hadn't received a pin , someone got back to me from the mobile warehouse almost immediately, it was my fault as I said for not checking my junk emails , delivered today and I'm honestly over the moon with it , don't hesitate to trust this company, plus don't worry if you don't get a verification email immediately, you will get one eventually like I did , after panicking thinking , I hope I haven't made a mistake, I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know and I will definitely recommend them to you , I love my new phone , thank you mobile warehouse .

I found The Mobiles Warehouse whilst searching for a replacement phone, and I'm sure glad I found them.
I was a little wary, but read a few reviews and I spoke with one chap on the phone, took the plunge and ordered a Samsung S25+. It was ordered on the evening of 19th and received on the morning of 21st.
Excellent outer packaging, the phone was in a factory sealed box, the phone itself was as described New. It was setup and running with no issues.
I would highly recommend The Mobiles Warehouse to others and I will definitely be using their services again. I'll update the review on the phone hopefully after many years of use, as my previous Samsungs have been good.

Good Products

Beware of this Company when buying mobile phones.
Phones are stated as being brand new with a full Samsung Warranty.
When checked with Samsung the phones are non A standard phones refurbished with no Samsung warranty.
They also will not honour any replacement even when the issue is down to manufacturing defects/design..
They keep asking more and more questions and asking for evidance over and over but still wont repair or replace even when the phone is in prestige condition and less then 12 months old.
You are better off paying slightly more from a guaranteed genuine company who will deal with their customers correctly and fairly instead of forcing cudtomers to go down the trading standard route.

Fast delivery, S25 was impeccable and appeared brand new

The website was clear and description was accurate.
Was kept informed of order progress and expected delivery date.
I ordered my new phone on the Sunday and it was delivered Wednesday.
The packing was excellent, the phone was new.
I was a little skeptical it was a legitimate company because the price was less than half I had seen elsewhere - but very impressed with a new, high quality mobile phone.

Phone works great. I think they sent me the wrong colour but it doesn't really matter to me.

Not going to lie, I'm shocked this is actually real!
I had my suspicions being so cheap, and buying graded things before, Ive also bought phones shipped from hong kong before, but this is suprisingly fully legit!
Bought an S25, expecting it to at least be open box or repackaged, but came sealed with no signs of packaging damage or anything!
UK model so isnt some foreign phone being shipped in either.
Will certainly use again, its cheaper than backmarket or other used phone places too.
Also got shipped for free with DPD and arrived within 2 days.

The laptop was great and as described. I did not realise it was not touch screen and return was smooth with quick refund.
