The Inigo staff understood the special nature of our 18th-century townhouse and were intelligent and responsive in the service they gave. The quality of the photography was outstanding and the write up of the house went beyond the usual estate-agent speak. An excellent article about the history and restoration of the house was written for the Inigo almanac and helped to draw attention to interesting and unique features of the property. Throughout the sales process staff were always at hand to advise.

Felix North was very professional from the beginning and made purchasing a flat long distance very smooth and easy. I can fully recommend The Modern House and Felix in particular.

I worked with Felix on my first home purchase and I thought he was very friendly and agreeable. I felt comfortable speaking with him as opposed to high-street estate agents.
