Very bad quality stickers and stamps. Our stamps faded after 3/4 washes on clothing and the stickers faded after just washing the bottles twice, would not recommend

Delayed Shipping
I received my stamp on February 17th, after I ordered it on December 24th. I contacted customer service January 24th because of the shipping issue. I was informed it was returned to original shipping location, and took an additional 3 weeks to be delivered.

Wouldn’t recommend.
If you press too soft the name doesn’t show properly and if you press too hard it shows on the other side of the clothes…. Would not recommend this product.

Poor quality and not loyal
I purchased two stamps for my kids, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. One stamp's ink works fine, but the other one has poor ink quality and started fading immediately. Just to test the stamp I hand-wash the cloth, the name completely faded away, which is incredibly frustrating, even though I followed all the care instructions. I contacted the company for a refund, as their website promises a 30-day money-back guarantee, but they have been clearly not interested in honoring their return policy. They’ve wasted my time, and I wouldn’t recommend these stamps to anyone. Not worth the money at all.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Extremely limited and hidden return clauses. Package arrived two weeks late despite communication indicating that it would arrive on time for Christmas.

The stamp is way too hard to open and…
The stamp is way too hard to open and close. So not using it.
Our previous ones were super easy to open and we still use them and highly recommend but the monster stamp is not kid-friendly

Hard to return/refund
I requested the instructions for a return/refund and nobody answer my messages. The package arrived late (after christmas) so it was no longer needed; also, the quality of the 3D pen is not as expected; poor quality.

Love buying these stamps
I bought the same stamp in 2022 and there weren't clear instructions on how to initially use it - the first few uses went through the clothing. This time in 2025 they provided clear instructions on how to initially use it and even provided a small clothe so customers do not overlook the instructions. I found this to be very clever. And was very happy with the stamp. My first stamp in 2022 and still working so am very pleased with this company

There was not much plastic included…
There was not much plastic included with pen. The setting of the outflow could have been a bit faster. All in all a great starter pen for a kid but will eventually buy her a better quality pen

The kids' mum referred me to buy something from TheNameStamp. The fact that it had a 30-day return policy on display made me confident to spend over USD 50 on its products - which at first glance didn't make much sense.
After the arrival of the package, I was a bit confused with its contents. It has a 'waterproof custom stamp' and a couple of other stickers, which seem pretty cheap. I discovered that my kid wanted a 3D pen, so I contacted Customer Support to return what I had and exchange it for a 3D pen, knowing that the shipping would be at my expense.
That's when Customer Support told me straight up that 'Please know that all our orders are final, especially the customized items like our stamps, and can't be refunded or replaced unless they are lost, a wrong product was sent, or damaged.'. Whereas on their website, as of Dec/2024, they advertise a 'try our products risk-free. Love them or get 100% of your money back'
TheNameStamp doesn't seem to be a trustworthy company. Their product is overpriced, and they have no commitment with a money-back guarantee policy unless 'approved by them'.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Cheap-looking 3Doodle pens. Not as advertised. Poor customer service
I purchased 6 of the 3Doodle Pens. It arrived in a thin plastic packaging and all the boxes are messed up. They did not look as the ones on the website.
I emailed the same day I received the package to get my money back because of their 30day money back guarantee. They finally email me back 3 days later saying I might pay more for shipping and customs fee so they offer 30% refund without returning the items. I paid $214 for all of them. 30% is nothing! I called their number multiple times with no response. I need my full refund as advertised

Nowhere on the site did it say USA or if it did it was very hard to find. I absolutely would not justify spending $120 on pens. I have tried the product and not all together impressed either
