We found the NapKing products in a store called "Maravigghia". Since we wanted to see the full collection, therefore we went directly to the main store.

Our arrival was an hour before closing and no matter what the whole staff was absolutely friendly. They took a lot of time and energy to show us their collection and help us make a decision.
Seldomly have we experienced this amount of service. Furthermore, the staff was absolutely passionate about their products.

After finally making a decision and finishing our purchase did we ask for a restaurant recommendation.
Not only did the owner give us a great recommendation, but Alice, his employee, also drove us to the restaurant and took care of everything so we could get a table.

We will definitely buy more of their amazing products! A great Sicilian gem!

I discovered your napkins in the gift shop at the temple of Segeste. Beautiful. When ordering on your website it was a little disconcerting to discover that what I selected did not necessarily match with the design indicated at the moment of payment. This was further reflected by the fact that one of the napkins delivered was different from what I had chosen on your website. This may be an electronic issue, or may reflect the rapidity with which your items are sold and no longer available when someone visits your website. I have not been inconvenienced by this occurrence but I feel it should not happen and needs to be corrected.

I placed an order on August 23. It was stated that delivery would take 4-5 days. After 10 days I received a message that the order had been sent. Only after 10 days! At the moment 16 days have passed, no order. The training will be in a few days. At the same time, I am already receiving a letter - rate our store. And how can I rate it?
