The Nappy Lady Reviews

The Mother-ease nappies are of an excellent quality, they do not leak and 'Heavy wetter' nappy indeed absorbs around 600ml. However my toddler's bum wasn't used to such amount of liquid around for such prolonged period of time (basically the whole night) and developed a rush. I presume this is what helped him to realise that wee is for the toilet and not for the nappy anymore. so it's a win-win situation. potty training nappies do absorb the whole wee as well, very easy to clean. Excellent purchase, albeit the expensive one.

I absolutely love the nappy lady. Their free advice service was so helpful and informative, and when we followed the advice we were given and bought the recommended nappy it completely solved our problem. Would recommend to anyone.

Great customer information, speedy delivery and good quality products.

Excellent customer service, very helpful. I'm also very pleased with the items I purchased (Bright Bots Trainer Pants).

Prompt delivery and beautifully packaged. All items arrived in good condition :)

Web page very informative and easy to pick from the recommendations available on the site.

I love the amount of info on the website and the nappy guide which is tailored to you. Quick shipping of the products too once ordered.

I bought newborn Bimbles inner nappies, mother-ease Rikki wrap, nappy nippa and little lambs breast pads. So pleased with these purchases. Worth every penny. So much nicer than the disposable varieties. The nappy lady recommendations were spot on. I have even come back to buy more so that we can reduce the amount of disposables we use whilst waiting for them to dry.

They offer free advice which was really nice, the delivery was quick and I had no issues.

Quick delivery well packaged, staff are brilliant and always happy to give personalised advice. My LO was wetting through the cloth nappies we had and thenappylady staff advised several options which I tried and are all working so well for us now.

Super quick delivery and great deals on a range of nappies. I purchased some Velcro nappies to add to my stash and love them so much I made a second order. I love how easy they are to use making them a great option for when bubs doesn’t want a change and for family members to use when looking after her.

Great articles, price is very competitive (cheaper than Amazon on multiple occasions), and arrived well packaged.

Great nappies

Really great products, such a lovely range, was given a gift voucher by a family member such a lovely gift for a newborn

Excellent product. Swift delivery

Nappies seem great!
I spontaneously bought some paper liners that were promoted at checkout which are so rough - awful!
Also, although I wasn’t in a rush to receive my order, the second class options said “plastic packaging”. So I opted for the more expensive option to avoid more plastic but it arrived in plastic package anyway so that was a waste of money and kind of misleading I thought.

Fantastic team who are so knowledgeable and provide exceptional support in choosing the correct nappy style and follow up care.

Perfect cream for our LOs bottom! Gentle and smells amazing. Not had any more issues with nappy rash since using.

Fantastic service, very quick and reliable. Excellent product and quality. Would highly recommend

I contacted the nappy lady to ask about the sizing guide and they was very helpful told me any info I needed to know and was worried about getting the bedwetters for my soon to be 6 year old as didn’t think they would work due to her age she’s in the size medium for night and she goes all night with no leaks hopfully it will save me having to keep buying pull ups for her which was costing me they are good quality and my girl loves them due to thinking they are less like a nappy
