So we wanted to develop a social platform that utilized location services and we received many proposals. Some from the US, UK and India. We conducted due diligence and having spoken to at least 6 different organizations we decided to go with NineHertz.

We were a bit nervous as the project was not going to be a simple solution but having received assurances from the NineHertz management team regarding skill sets within their organization, their experience etc. we settled down into executing our plans.

Project was delayed a little, but not significantly, and some of that was down to us changing our minds a little.

Costs were very close to what was agreed to at the beginning of the project and the results was quite outstanding.

Scam artist....I wouldn't believe anything positive about this company. They literally use novice and skilled workers to build a smoke screen to prolong a process outside refund guidelines and all the while asking for 100% more than original cost quote.
As soon as I asked for a refund and told the operation manager he was a lier...they vanished.

Well, an OTT (over-the-top) is an app that utilizes the internet to distribute the video content for the brands to tablets, smartphones, Smart TV users, etc.
