DO NOT ORDER!!

Duplicate charges and seller gives no effort to resolve, even with proof of transactions from a bank statement. Make sure to dispute through PayPal or directly with your bank. On PayPal, the seller specifically requests you do not file a claim because it will "delay the refund process", yet given my experience, it seems like they don't want to have PayPal hold them accountable for their duplicate charges to clients. I have read that refunds are processed directly from the seller never show up, so I think going directly through PayPal or your bank is the route to take.

Good luck! I will be flagging their site and if you have a similar experience, you may want to do the same.

This is a SCAM! I ordered 1 item just to see if I liked it. They charged me for 4 at $73.51. They say that they sent to my mailbox. I never received any of the items . I have texted them 4 or more times telling them that I have never received anything. So far, they have done nothing.

I ordered 3 pairs of panties and was charged $94! They replied to my email saying I have been refunded, but I haven't received it a month later.

Instead of paying $29.94 I was charged $95.91. I immediately contacted PayPal to file a dispute and emailed seller that I did not authorize the charge and cancelling my order. They replied back promptly stating they will give me a full refund. Let’s see if it goes through. If not, I will dispute it with my CC company.

Have not received a refund with numerous emails. Have been waiting a month! Am reporting this company.

I would give a 0 rating if I could. I didn’t order anything and this company just charged me $117.90 on my PayPal!! Who the heck are they?

Beginning to believe a scam I did receive my order two sizes too small cannot find a return a place to resend back notified papal they will search and find them jane lines

Absolute SCAM!!! They took my money, never sent an order confirmation, no tracking info, no product. Stay away from this company

I believe this is a scam.
They purposely send underwear that is not your size...then you can't afford to return them to CHINA.
Product quality is not as described.
Terrible customer service.

Im shocked I was charged $113 last january 22,2024 on my paypal ..i DID NOT placed an order or anything this amount. They pure scammers.

Thought was legit, was charged for 4 when i ordered 1. I keep emailing and all I am getting is please be patient and they will refund my money back to my card but as of now still not refunded. It's been 2 weeks.

I didn’t other nothing to that compagnie and by PayPal he take 82.67 $ in my account this company takes people money for nothing , this is a fraud

Another bogus scam, and yes, I fell for it too. Like another posted reviewer, I did not order the product. Did not press check out, and yet these damn crooks got into my PayPal account and charged me anyway. I'm so disgusted with the scamming going on thru FB. I'm done. From now on if it's not Amazon, it isn't happening.

I was scammed out of 95.91 for a product that was only suppose to be 19.99. So beware consumers. They said I would receive a refund but have yet to receive it.

I was yet another person scammed by this company Exactly the same thing happened to me as to others. I was charged for 4 products instead of the 1 I ordered and the company will not refund.

This place is a complete scam. My mother ordered on product, got charged for 4. No contact information via phone. Emails unanswered. Had to call the card company to get the charges reversed. SCAM!

Wish I had read these reviews before NOT purchasing. Let me explain. I ordered one item, went into my paypal to check the delivery cost and decided I did not want to go ahead. I did not in any shape or form approve of this transaction. This company had gone into my paypal account and finished it off for me, however, stuck another 3 bottles of whatever it was on my account. Have just opened a dispute with paypal and I don't know why but the disputed amount has come up at $20.33 USD when I was charged from paypal and my bank $73.91 USD.
When I received my surprise confirmation order, it stated not to open a dispute with Paypal or the bank as it would take 180 days to get a partial refund. That says it. Set up!! Don't go there.

SCAMMERS - I was charged 3 x the value I’d approved. If you haven’t already been scammed, stay away from this illegal business practice

I was charged $95.00 for the color correcting cream. Including S&H this was to be $26.00 dollars.
The company has not given me a refund.
The correcting cream does not work!
