I started to order a kit for under eye dark circles and a brush. I decided NOT to order because the price was too high and went out of the order. Next thing I know I got a receipt through Paypal that I purchased this product when I had not!! Still trying to get my refund but its been a run-around with this company. They are a SCAM!!! I will fight this until I get my refund. I never ordered it.

I went through the order process for the buy one get one brushes, when I got to the shipping and tax page I realized it was more than expected and backed out of the page. An hour later I received a receipt from PayPal saying my order was processed and I was charged for the purchase. I emailed the company when I saw this, I asked that the order be canceled and my money refunded. They offered to refund the shipping charges. I made some stupid comment about what would I need to do and I got a notification that my shipping was refunded but was not then I emailed again asked them again to cancel this order and refund the purchase asap. I was told the order had been shipped and that was it no more response from them. My next option is to report to PayPal but wanted to post here so everyone knows these guys are a scam don’t trust them, if and when I can figure out how to file a complaint with Facebook I will. So tired of feeling like I’m being scammed at every opportunity.

I ordered these brushes on April 6th 2023 and it has been deducted from my bank account on the 6th and 7th and I need it refunded please thanks

I ordered one and received 3 and was charged for 3... This is a scam company!!!

Don’t order from this company I didn’t receive products I ordered in December it was $ 200 American I have contacted them but no reply. Scammers

Its a zero star.

In December 2022, I ordered 3 items despite no good reviews.
After a month, only received 2 items.
Contacted them straight away.
Not satisfied with response.
Contacted them again and no response.
Lodged complaints with Australia Post and Paypal.
3 months and still no response.

I wish I could give zero stars! I never confirmed purchase, but suddenly received a purchase receipt for twice as much $$ as it was supposed to be! Never got my promised refund (although it was pending on PayPal when I first checked so they must have pulled it). No other info, no branding. Just received only 2 items in the mail instead of 3 and they are junk! Hoping PayPal refunds me.

Charged twice. Only bought one. Haven't received anything, no email's nothing... This is SCAM!!! Wish I could give negative 0 stars.

I made a purchase and decided I did not want the product. I requested a refund and was issued my full refund. I am satisfied that I was not scammed out of my money. Signed Grateful Customer

UPDATE: This company is a Fraud! I posted this message after they lied to me saying they will fully refund my money with in 24-36 hrs. It has been 10 days and I have NOT received my refund as of yet. So please be warned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

I want my money back will be calling the bank for them to get it back

Well the product I got is not what they promised.....not happy at alll

I received the product but never ordered it. Put item in cart to show my spouse. Next day, get a receipt for purchase. Filed a dispute with PayPal. Item arrived , not even color I picked. Do not order from 5his company.

Same thing as all these other reviews, went to site to maybe order a bra, saw there was a 9.99 shipping, so i didnt order, but all of a sudden, i got a reciept and a thank you for your order.. emailed them and they said they would refund me the shipping if i kept the order.. so far no refund, no product.. call my credit card company, canceled charge!! also, canceled my card number just in case

I ordered one unit of Dumpling Skin Maker Dumpling Mould and got charged and received 3 in the wrong colour, 2 of which were broken on arrival. I contacted them for return instructions was told they would be happy to rend replacements. After going through the reviews I lost confidence in the product and company completely, advised them of my dissatisfaction with the product and declined their offer for replacement citing “if 2 could brake before they got to me, the 3rd will probably brake on 1st use”, send 3 separate emails regarding return instructions and refund but have never heard back.

DON'T ORDER, PLEASE! THEY AREN'T REAL!

I was browsing their bra, and was interested. I put all my info in, but at last minute I canceled it. I never hit the buy/purchase toggle. Next morning I get a thank you for your purchase email from them. I wrote to them and told them they illegally charged my card and are saving info entered in to their site secretly, that's the only way they'd have my card number. I reached out to the email provided and asked them how they could make an illegal transaction. They said that they would refund me the shipping if I would keep the bra. They never refunded anything they never sent the bra, this company is horrible. They legit stole my credit card information and made illegal transactions with it.

54.91, for a sale of buy one get one free so it said but 14.99 came out to be 54.91. We need to shut these scammers down!!!

DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT. THEY STEAL YOUR $. U GET NOTHING!! LOSS MY $$$. I ordered Keykomi Mascara. The great mascara that makes your lashes long enough to look like false eye lashes.I have received nothing!! (just the $$$ stolen from me!!) It was the INCREDIBLE MASCARA! So INCREDIBLE I see nothing!!!

I paid for a pair of shoe and never received anything. Email many time only to be told be patience. Waited to long could not get my money back and company stop all communication.
I would advise you to stay away from this crook.
