I bought a 1000ml reed defuser from tik tok shop, and I so disappointed.

It hardly smells, i’ve let it settle turning the reeds around once they are soaked but you can only smell the fragrance when you put your nose to the reeds!

I won’t buy again and wouldn’t recommend at all. Just buy from bath and body works instead.

First time purchasing from this company..ordered the light up diffuser which is beautiful and great price.. Bought wax melts and burners and everything is lovely..So many disappointments with wax melts over the years but not with these ...So amazing products at very reasonable prices..Will buy again

Ordered 3 sets of the spring bundle including warmers. The wax melts supplied last about half an hour an even then the scent throw is very faint. Won't be ordering again shame as I live in the North East and like to support local businesses.

Stumbled across this company social media and saw they did room spray in beautiful glass bottles . Ordered one of every fragrance and so pleased I did as they are beautiful and need to be on display . Will re use the bottles so it’s a win win , but will definitely be back to try other products . Lovely Ravi was so helpful with delivery options. Highly recommended

saw an advert and thought I'd try it.... wow... ordered 3 room fresheners to start, to see. They are beautiful glass spray jars and smell amazing. Fussy teen loved how "classy" they looked and son took one too (and he's funny with smells) and said he'd use it ...bonus for everyone 😆 I've just had to order more as daughter is off to uni and she'll love them there too

Well I purchase some product of TikTok from this lovely company but wow just look at the reply calling me a scammer I’m saying they’re sharing my details on TikTok this company clearly don’t know about data protection act which I will be reporting

When you purchase something online, you have rights under the consumer rights act to return something within 14 days when you buy anything online

I am so shocked is the way as a company owner myself not have only one business I would never speak to a customer in this way

Even if I thought it in my head, you don’t express it to a paying customer and then try saying you’re going to share details about TikTok because you believe me to be a scammer trust me I don’t need to scam you out of 30 odd pound it’s just pennies

Come on getting a real world and also accusing me of being another waxed melt company well if you looked over the delivery address you would see I am

Living in a rectory where is still part of the church

I will be contacting the local paper in Northumberland to see if they would like to cover this where a member/owner calls a Lincolnshire Priest a scammer And that I am putting 6 people jobs at risk for the cost of £34 I can ensure you I am not. A scammer and I am going to provide this to you when you see who I am and what my job role is In A large community

I will pray that this will be a good opportunity for you to learn and take this opportunity to learn about how you act online and accuse people

I don’t know how they do it but the smells are amazing, the delivery speedy and such fun wax melts that I look forward to every delivery. Incredible company, try their carpet refresher, it’s lush! (I’m not being paid for this review and don’t know the owners)

Ordered 2 buddah wax melt lamps unfortunately one arrived broken but the Northumberland candle company didn’t hesitate to send a replacement out and it arrived the next day, excellent customer service and an easy process, the lamps are amazing Thankyou so much

I had some wax melts given as a present for Xmas and they were amazing! It was my daughters birthday this October so ordered her a few gifts from the website I didn’t realise it was 5 working days for delivery and when it got to the day before I was panicking her present wouldn’t arrive so I called them and the gentleman on the phone said he would get them to me the next day free of charge, and as said they did and he even gave me a wax melt happy birthday for my daughter it actually meant so much! A wonderful company with the most amazing scents that care xx

Beautifully presented wax melts in gift box - sol de janeiro inspired range
The melts are highly fragranced and long lasting , also received Dior sauvage inspired bar which smelt identical to the aftershave, will only use and recommend this company in the future
