The order was not delivered and the courier used was Amazon an not Royal Mail. There was no follow up by the company to offer an explanation as to what went wrong. I have requested a refund. The company should have been proactive in keeping me informed and not expect the customer to sort out their delivery problems.

Did not receive package! Tried to contact company and received no response. Phone kept ringing to voicemail and when sending an email, mailbox kept bouncing back stating it was full.
