Attendo un Buono Amazon di 5€ vinto alla loro asta il 16/01/2026,ma nessuna risposta in due mesi dopo decine di email.Premesso che hanno sempre onorato il lavoro altrui fino all'anno scorso, quest' anno sembrano spariti,con la loro nuova app.che ha confuso ulteriormente i suoi panelisti.Una stella d'incoraggiamento.

Very bad customer service
I have been communicating with you via email for 20 days because I am facing a problem on the site regarding the prize draw and I never receive a response. Why do you not check my emails and find a solution to the problem? I feel very frustrated.

Ever since the recent update, the points in my “In Review” section keep disappearing without being added to my main balance, even though they were nowhere near expiration. Earlier I had more than 10,000 points in review, but the next day it suddenly dropped to around 3,000 and the missing points were never credited.

Recently I completed multiple surveys and earned over 6,000 points, but the next day the balance dropped again and showed only around 5,000. I raised several complaints with Panel Care but have received no response so far.

Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, now I’m not even able to redeem my points. The site asks for OTP verification but the OTP is never sent, so redemption cannot be completed.

This has been extremely frustrating and feels like a complete waste of time. After the recent update, the platform has been turned to a scam site..

No surveys for the past two weeks and delay in rewards and redemption is not working now...

I am trying to redeem my reward but I can't every time it asks OTP and I am not receiving OTP I checked another app and I am getting OTP from them but not of this such a scammer.

I have been a member of TPS {The Panel Station} since May 2021 and rarely experienced issues. When I did experience issues or problems and reported same to the Support Team, they would ACTUALLY ATTEND to them and give you FEEDBACK.

Since they upgraded to the LATEST VERSION on the website, you are NO LONGER able to COMPLETE ANY SURVEYS, you report the problems and issues by providing screen prints of the actual problems being experienced and they JUST IGNORE YOU and don't even have the decency to reply to your issues.

I have sent NUMEROUS emails to the ONLY EMAIL ADDRESS available and I get an email notification that MY EMAIL WAS READ TOGETHER with the TIME it WAS READ, but that is as far as the SUPPORT GOES!!!!!!

I have also tried to redeem my POINTS for a Takealot Voucher, which in the PAST, PRIOR TO 9 FEBRUARY 2026, was never an ISSUE. NOW, TPS is SUPPOSED to send you an OTP but after SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, the OTP IS NEVER RECEIVED!!!! WHAT A TOTAL WASTE of my precious time and effort. NOT to mention the FACT, that even if you REPORT THE ISSUE/PROBLEM with this, they ONCE AGAIN JUST IGNORE YOU COMPLETELY!!!!

DO NOT BOTHER TO CONTACT THE SUPPORT TEAM at
their email address, because they JUST DON'T CARE!!!!!

You absolutely waste your time, effort and sanity by trying to complete a survey, a poll, redeem some points for vouchers or reporting ANY OF THE ABOVE of the FACT that you DO NO RECEIVE THE SO-CALLED COINS FOR ANY ATTEMPT, because that is also just wasting time...

It's a DISGRACE and totally UNACCEPTABLE.!!!!

Using panel station has been a complete waste of time. Can't redeem rewards. Contacted customer service twice with no response. The emails I get are flagged by them as unsecure and not to continue. Not a great experience at all. Looking to get all my data removed from them as the customer service experience is poor and lacking.

I can't redeem my points with my mobile phone number otp not receive.I sent several times to customer care with no reply

The best survey I have ever joined ❤️ .please bring back the app . It was easy to complete the surveys, polls,bidding and also for withdrawals. With this website withdrawal it's difficult because I don't receive OTP.

No le doy menos porque no se puede es una página que a pesar de que terminas la encuesta supuestamente satisfactoria te mandan la revisión los puntos y te los acreditan hasta dos tres meses después eso hace que te aburras de estar participando y participando cuando ni te dan los puntos terminas la encuesta Y te mandan error lo cual te hace ya no participar tenía yo dos meses esperando a que me liberaran los puntos para poder cambiarlos y resulta que ahora me los quitaron todos es una burla lo que ellos hacen porque te hacen esperar para que te den los puntos y después de eso te los eliminan si no sigues participando es una pérdida de tiempo no la recomiendo miles de páginas de encuestas que he probado y ya esta es una de las que jamás volvería a ocupar

Can The Panel Station explain to me why all the points remain under review for the whole year until they expire and turned to useless coins?????

Purtroppo io avevo 55 euro e da giugno 2025 è stato impossibile avere i miei premi con tante scuse da parte del sito, scuse inventate perché c'era un codice o PT o DT come cavolo si dice che rendeva impossibile chiedere i premi. Lavoro inutile, collaborazione con gente poco seria, che non ha rispetto per le altre persone

WORST SITE EVER,THEY SEND YOU SURVEYS YOU COMPLETE HALFWAY AND THEY KICK YOU OUT OF THE SITE.......BUNCH OF SCAMMERS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME YOU WILL NEVER GET TO CLAIM ANYTHING

Don't waste your time doing surveys with this site. You won't get paid. Support from them is only false promises. I have more than 13000 points, but most are in review for 3 months and longer. Just another trick to don't pay you. Keep far away from this site. You will never be able to redeem your points. Bunch of scammers

I got 25000 points on review since September but they said only 6 weeks on review than they realise them but when I try to email them since November 2025 until now 31 January 2026 until, they said one thing we fixing the problem I'm so dissapointed with them I won't recommend this app to anymore

just like many other reviewers have stated, horrible site!!! you finish surveys only to then be told you didnt qualify. points 'pend' forever & are never credited, points that do credit are then converted to useless coins & if you do manage to aquire enough points to redeem your account will be terminated ( same old unproven B/S excuses )
Please do yourself a favour & AVOID THIS SITE

Do not grant points for completed surveys. Give useless digital 'coins'. Terminate accounts when near cash enough to redeem. Disgraceful help support and treatment of once panelists.
