Good service but rubbish perfume
The service was brilliant, very quick.
Unfortunately the perfume that I bought (Elyon Himeros) was absolutely disgusting (smells of diesel/ petrol). It was good to be able to buy a sample but even the little samples are super expensive (£29.99 for a 5ml sample that ended up in the bin it’s a big loss).

Fragrance can be very subjective, and some niche compositions can come across quite differently depending on individual preference and skin chemistry. That’s exactly why we offer samples, so customers can try a scent before committing to a full-size bottle, which is often significantly more expensive.
We’d also like to mention that if a fragrance doesn’t work for you, we do offer the option to return the sample, and we can issue a refund based on the amount of perfume remaining in the bottle once it’s received and checked by our team. This helps ensure customers aren’t left at a complete loss if something isn’t to their liking.

I really like this perfume. The smell is very beautiful and soft. It is fresh and a little sweet. When I wear it, I feel confident and happy.
The perfume lasts for many hours on my skin and clothes. Many people ask me what perfume I use.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I enjoy niche fragrances but nothing is really a safe blind buy so it's great to be able to try them out first. My experience has been that the fragrances are authentic and delivered quickly.

Your original order was lost in transit by Royalmail and as soon as they confirmed we sent you a replacement order with 24 hours tracking service. All this time we were continuously replying to your emails and giving you updates. You are rating us based on delays by Royalmail which is not fair. I request you to reassess your rating based on transparency and customer service. We processed full refund for items that were out of stock and as a compensation also gave £5 off discount code. Hi Michelle,
You placed an order with us on 17th Feb 2026. We processed your order in 2 days and your parcel was given to shipping company to be sent using Royalmail 48 hours tracking service. We were informed by Royalmail that they have massive backlog due to shortage of staff and hence the shipments were delayed and not scanned on time.
We just checked your tracking and it has been scanned by Royalmail on Saturday 21st Feb 2026 and should be with you in next 48 hours.
We know its not ideal but we totally rely on Royalmail for the delivery service.
