Great customer service - more delivery options please
You should offer delivery options other than Royal Mail 48H - something faster and more reliable. My package seemingly taking an age to get to me.

Guys and girls...these guys actually sell the genuine fragrances. I've made four orders now on Tom Ford private blend perfumes and all have been bang on. Be careful, there is another website called "perfumesambler" which is selling counterfeit fragrances. Ensure you are on the correct website which is "theperfumesambler"
I will be ordering again.

They have frauded so many of our customers by sending them fake perfumes and sometimes not sending anything. They have copied our brand name and our concept and using our popularity to their advantage. We have complained about them to Cyber cell. Great idea.
Not only does this take away the risk of paying 100’s of pounds on a bottle of aftershave/perfume for something that you may not like or that suited to you it means you can have an amazing selection for a fraction of the cost. I’ve never ordered samples before but I know this is the way forward.

So sorry for the delay in delivery. Royalmail is short of staff in Milton Keynes Brinklow Distribution Center and Northampton Distribution Centre. This has caused some backlog in scanning the items for system tracking, however they seem to be catching up on this. This situation is out of our hands as we totally reply on Royalmail for shipment.

Such a great way to sample expensive scents. From the hype on social media, I purchased 10ml of LV Imagination and Afternoon Swim. Postage was prompt and the packaging was superb, proper labelled and gift wrapped with care and attention. Scents are great. I highly recommend this company.

Great price and glass sample spray bottles
It's the first time I've used this company for samples.
Ordered earlier this week and samples arrived today in expected time.
Each sample was individually paper wrapped and inside it's own mini cardboard box.
Most impressed with the glass sample bottles used instead of the plastic ones from other companies I've used in the past. Those plastic ones often leak but also tend to smell fishy on occasions.
No doubts that these are genuine fragrances either.
I'll definitely use this company again soon and no hesitation with highly recommending them.

Regarding your current order, there have unfortunately been delays due to Royal Mail staff shortages over the long weekend, which has created a backlog across their network. We did send out an update to all customers informing them of the expected delays, and we sincerely apologise if you missed that communication.
According to the tracking details we shared, your parcel has now reached the Glasgow distribution centre and should be with you very shortly.
For clarity:
Your order was placed on Saturday and fulfilled by us on Monday.
Due to the long weekend, Royal Mail collected the parcel on Wednesday.
It was scanned into their system on Friday and is currently in transit.
