What a great shop the Perfume Shop is
What a great shop the Perfume Shop is. I always get my gifts for people there as the staff are so helpful and nice. Nothing is too much trouble. My husband and I recently bought a refill for his Burberry Hero from the Freeport shop who had it sent to our home. He couldn’t however get the refill to work so we went back to the shop. Sam and a young lady there soon saw the problem and sorted it all for us. They really make you feel more than a customer and deserve more than a review really. We also get all our Christmas gifts from their shop as their prices really are the best and the service exceptional.

Lovely experience today. Unfortunately the perfume I wanted which was recommended to me by Amber had sold out but she helped me to order it to be delivered to my home! She was very friendly and helpful and even sent me away with a sample so I didn’t leave empty handed!
