YSL MYSLF
Had birthday money burning a hole in my pocket and was running short of YSL MYSLF, one of my favourite aftershaves. Went to The Perfume Shop as they had a promotion on all fragrances over a certain price for Fathers Day. Even so, had an exceptionally friendly and helpful colleague called Harvey assist me, running through all my options and prices from the MYSLF range and I would happily recommend this store to others.

I visited the Glasgow Buchanan Galleries - Harvey is amazing.
I visited the Glasgow Buchanan Galleries store again. And was lucky enough to be served by Harvey again. He is just incredible. The perfume I went in for was out of stock, he checked for me and it’s discontinued. He was great searching for other products for me having recommended Coach Dreams previously which I loved (but is now discontinued) he is just brilliant at listening to customers, knows the products and goes the extra mile every time I am in. He is an incredible asset to your organisation, his customer service skills are second to none and brilliant at his job.

I attended the perfume shop in Buchanan galleries and was served by the lady named Lin. She was excellant in her service and advised me as to what suited me and was cost effective. Staff like that are hard to find and being in customer service myself , she did excellent.

My name is Lesley don't know why it says Claire. I was served by the manager Diane in the shopping mall in glasgow on Saturday 2nd May. Great service from her. I explained what I was looking for and she got me a great deal. Although she didnt have the Mark Jacobs perfume in stock she arranged to have it delivered free to my home. Whilst I was shopping in glasgow later in the day I got an email to say my perfume had been shipped. Great service and a 10 out of 10.
