I had an amazing experience at The Perfume Shop on Clumber Street, all thanks to Molly. She was so friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable about all the different fragrances. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, but she took the time to understand what I liked and helped me find the perfect scent.

Molly’s customer service was outstanding—professional, approachable, and genuinely caring. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. I left the store feeling really happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Molly if you pop in!

I and my wife visited the perfume shop on Clumber Street, Nottingham to buy perfume gift sets for relatives whom we are visiting soon. We were welcomed and served by Laura who was really helpful and kind. Her expertise about available products helped us make informed decisions on what to buy . Her communication with us through out our visit was really excellent, very respectful and we can't thank her enough for all the assistance she provided. We will definitely buy more from this store.

I went to the Clumber Stret branch in Nottingham today and was served by a fantastic staff member named Laura. After a very quick overview of what I was looking for she delivered 5 different scents that covered the bases. She really knew her stuff. In fact, 3 were so on point that I struggled to decide. I will be going back next month for another... and possibly the month after. Laura was attentive, approachable and had great rapport. Not only did she understand my ask incredibly well, we had a good natter too. I hope she's serving when I go back.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Tamara was fantastic at providing her expertise and definitely knows how to tempt you into buying something you wasnt planning on buying in the first place.

Overall very happy and would recommend anyone to visit, especially as they provided the cheapest fragrances that I could find.

Tamara was super friendly and annoyingly convincing! Very happy with my experience, got some insane deals and the staff were nothing short of amazing.

The sales assistant,Liberty was very helpful. I knew what I wanted, but unfortunately, it wasn't in stock. She kindly offered to order it for me and, have it delivered to my home. It arrived the next day. Well done, great service.Marion Taylor.

Marshall at The Perfume Shop was an absolute delight. He was kind, patient, and really listened to what I was looking for. Thanks to his help, I found a lovely new fragrance that suits me perfectly. It’s rare to get such genuine service these days—I’ll definitely be back!

Had a really good experience at The Perfume Shop on Clumber Street in Nottingham. The staff were friendly and approachable, and Marshall, who served me, was particularly helpful. He made some great recommendations and took his time without being pushy. Overall, a pleasant visit.

I was looking for an aftershave for my partner as the one he uses has been discontinued. Marshall at Clumber Street Nottingham branch was amazing. He knew just what I was after. Although they had never stocked the discontinued aftershave, he was able to find the notes in it and find ones they had that were similar. Amazing help and amazing customer service, Thank you :)
