Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Always friendly service, good promotions, and a wide selection of products, everyone is sure to find something for themselves. They surprise you with gifts like samples and sometimes even something extra, like in my case, I received a beautiful travel bag when I bought perfume. It's a great option to collect points that can be redeemed for discounts on purchases. I recommend it!

I came into perfume shop to get my mum a new perfume for her birthday and had a great experience with Holly who was super helpful in finding a fragrance which would suit my mum based on what perfume she had in the past! Went with a Prada fragrance which she absolutely loved! Definitely would recommend 😃

Had one of the best customer service experiences ever in the Coleraine store today. I was in such a pickle as I'd made a mistake with an online order. Holly & Joanne were quite simply THE BEST!!! Nothing was too much trouble & they were sympathetic & understanding and really went above & beyond to get things sorted for me! Ladies you are a credit to your company!
