The Male server did not make me feel welcome. He kept asking questions even thought I gave him my receipt & shown him my email for collection. He made me feel like the parcel did not belong to me. Another staff member a lady came to the rescue. Staff should make you feel welcome, little smile or enthusiasm goes a long way.

Her recommendations were so good that, instead of buying just one perfume, we both ended up buying two!
