Accidentally ordered 2 bottles of the same aftershave phoned the store to cancel one was told to ring back as it was processing and nothing they could do phoned back 30 minutes later to be told it had been shipped and couldn't help me

The sales girl remembered me from two days earlier when I was checking out prices.
She was extremely helpful and got my order processed swiftly for me.
I received delivery two days later at my home. Perfect as I was kept up to date all the time too via email.
