Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. I visited the Santry branch today to…
I visited the Santry branch today to purchase my fragrance. Elaine was an absolute joy of a person to deal with. Such a great sense of humor, told me all of the offers available, and recommended the new Prada Paradigme to me. I always get the Luna Rosa black, but she let me sample the new one and she was so spot on! And to top it off, she gave me a nice little Prada travel bag. I manage a big team in customer service myself and to see how good her service is was very refreshing. I can't commend her enough, you have a great member of staff!
