I went to visit the Meadowhall branch and I came across a staff member called Tia which was very helpful and made my purchase happen smoothly.

Ameerah was lovely! She was very helpful and friendly, we even went in again to buy something because she was so welcoming.

my experience at the perfume shop in sheffield was amazing. i was served with a polite manner by Ameerah. she helped me decide what perfume was best to gift my best friend. she didn’t rush me even though it was busy. she helped me go through a variety of perfumes and pick the best one. she wrapped it so nicely and did not rush. best service i’ve had in time

Saira was so helpful, she really made me feel welcomed and was knowledgeable about all the fragrances I was looking at. She was able to make suggestions of fragrances I might like when I found out I couldn’t get So Scandal anymore. Thank you so much Saira, you’re a star and an absolute asset to this store. 😊

It’s my birthday I wanted to treat myself to a lovely gift I was welcomed at the Perfume Shop MeadowHall Sheffield branch with warm friendly kind customer service. In particular Jess who works here really took the time out to attend to my needs by introducing me to a variety of beautiful fragrances, with the help of Jess I was able to make the most awesome purchase getting my 25% off as a loyal member and free gift . Just been in to the medowhall upper shop, as we had an absolute nightmare at home I broke the bottle when trying to refill, we called up over the phone and lovely Jess served us and was so so helpful, genuinely the best customer service I’ve had.

I would like to praise and appreciate the kind and very helpful manager of the Meadowhall’s branch! I actually bought the wrong product of Chanel bleu, after some explaining from the manager with great customer service, she guided me to the correct product, with just minimal price difference to pay, she made me a very happy customer. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Top marks, wonderful customer service and manager
