I went to collect my order 10131935665, as it was online for Ralph Lauren Blue edp.
I decided to open the bag to check the goods in store as I have become to realise that the Ralph Lauren blue EDP comes two versions with two different sets of notes however in the same packaging and bottle. As I experienced this with another retailer who was not able to rectify my concern.

I mentioned it to the advisor regarding my previous issue and what my Reservations are in case the notes are different and that I am not prepared to take it and realise it’s the wrong type, I enquired if it is the wrong type can I return it? However I was advised this is not possible due to not being able to resell.
The the salesperson then spoke to the duty manager who equally both went out of her way to try and find any samples available and try and look up the information available online to try and meet me in the middle.
Eventually, the manager found a means for myself to validate the smell and notes to ensure it was the correct order.
I found both the salesperson and the manager went out of their way to try and find a way over and above which most retailers would not have done to ensure my order was correct and that me as a customer was satisfied.

They equally made sure that they provided a warm customer service approach and remain polite at all times. I can honestly say very friendly staff compared to other retailers where I have been you always know if the Services good when they are able to resolve an issue.

I would like to say a big thank you to Kiah and Lauren , thank you for your exceptional customer service and providing a warm welcome to a visitor that was in your area. I would certainly return to your store.

I had the pleasure of being served by Jill at the Warrington Golden Square Perfume Shop who went out of her way to help me find the best aftershave for my nephew. She was so polite, friendly and helpful that where I had only gone with the intention of window shopping, I ended up purchasing. She packaged my gift with great care and attention to detail and it was so refreshing to see someone in retail so smiley and positive and eager to help. 5 star service- Jill is a total credit to the Warrington branch!!

I went into the shop looking for a specific perfume and Jill was very helpful and patient. I would definitely go back and shop with Jill again.

Service from Kiah was honestly impeccable on the day I arrived in store.
I have been looking for a new scent new me vibe - and my partner was looking for something for holidays.

Sometimes when the perfumes are behind the desk it can feel daunting to ask more than once for help from a member of staff.

Kiah made me HONESTLY feel like it wasn’t a problem. Enough for me to try many, and gain an idea of what was for me.

She showed both me and my partner great scents - in line with what we asked, I was quite taken back by how quickly she seemed to know which named perfume scent I was describing just from a brief description of my personal preferences! Definitely knows her stuff!

Kiah helped us massively by showing us some of the smaller refillable bottles too - which suits us IDEALLY for holidays in the coming week! Also gives us a chance to sample scents that we may not have tried as we budget for luxuries.

Now I don’t have to! Girl math!

Kiah was absolutely lovely! Such a friendly, such lovely conversation! It was a pleasure 🙏 she helped me pick the best perfume for my friend's birthday and had lots of knowledge on the ranges. I was looking for a very particular smell and in just 3 tests I found the one I wanted! Brilliant 👏

Amazing customer service from Jill this morning. Went in to buy a birthday gift for my mum and Jill was so friendly and extremely helpful. My gift was wrapped beautifully and has a personalised message on the ribbon which is a lovely touch. Thank you for making my experience so easy!

I had a really lovely experience in the perfume shop in Warrington, thanks to Jill. I wasn’t quite sure what fragrance I wanted, but Jill was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me try different fragrances without making me feel rushed or pressured.
In the end, I chose Vivo Elixir, which I absolutely loved. It has a really nice, strong fragrance and was exactly what I was looking for.
I’m really happy with the service I received from Jill and would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help choosing a fragrance. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
