Bought 5x Lucas Papaw Ointment 200g; it is the same as the advertised pictures. The quality is really amazing, and the delivery arrived in Sweden safely and as predicted. Thank you so much for selling an item with such excellent quality and for providing good service. Definitely recommend the shop and this item.

Ordered a product four months ago and it has not arrived and I fully expect it to never arrive judging by the 96% of one star ratings here on Trustpilot. No recourse to chase the company. Stay clear of this website. You’ve been warned.

This company deserves it's 1 star rating. They shorted my order, and neither respond to numerous emails or answer the phone. I wouldn't recommend them.

If I could give no stars, I would. Wouldn't reply to my email regarding the incorrect order sent to me. Taken full payment also.

Extremely bad online purchase experience. On the 6th of March I paid for an End of March pre-order, received parcel in mid May, only to find "alternative" products. I never agreed to this arrangement and have tried to contact "ThePharmacy" since 14th of May (the day the "alternative products" received).
Online messaging and emails are unanswered, multiple calls are cut off from their end after over an hour hold and unable to get hold of anyone. I noticed the cut off timing are all different, and once I was still on hold more than 30 minutes after their closing time and the hold music was still going (I ended the call at 1 hour 46 minutes), I suspect there isn't anyone answering calls and it was cut off deliberately.
Similar review from other customers on almost every other platform.

No stars really; You were happy enough to take my money on 13th March - on 2nd April you said you would hurry through the order and it is now 19th May and Im still waiting. I went in to cancel my order and had no reply to this and certainly no refund.

I think this is actually a criminal matter rather than the ACCC. Slater and Gordon will be interested in this Im certain.

Do not order from them!! I never received my items and no one returns any communication. Trying to get a refund via pay pal be warned!

DISGRACEFUL, Have reported this scamming business to ACCC and lodged a complaint with fair trading, scammed my money and never delivered the products two months later.
Repeatedly requesting a refund, no response.

If I could give zero I would have given 0.
Worst company to de ask with. Can't get on phone..rubbish, pathetic service. They are taking money and not sending the products.

Absolute worst company ever. Accepts your order and money and refuses to send item or even respond to an email. They are thieves.

I ordered two items off them, hand sanitizer and gloves for our medical clinic.. The sanitizer wasn’t meant to be in stock until April 7 and I was happy to wait.

The gloves they sent early and were received on the 3rd April, however I am yet to receive the sanitizer or any type of response to my queries on the whereabouts of the sanitizer.

I believe they have scammed many people into buying an item they have no intention on sending out.

Absolute scam artists. Do not even bother with them, will stick with ebos in the future.

Absolutely zero customer service. Placed a large order months ago with an EDD of first week of April. It is now the end of April and I have received nothing nor any contact from The Pharmacy about where my goods are. I have lodged several 'tickets' on their website and received zero response from anybody, I have spent hours, literally, waiting on their customer service line and keep getting hung up on by them after several hours of waiting without having ever spoken to anybody and continually being told I am next in line. The most disgraceful treatment of customers ever. Shameful. They should not be allowed to call themselves a Pharmacy.

A very bad business. Ordered, paid and almost a month later no product, no reply to emails and put on hold until I hung up.

I would never recommend nor will I ever use again and I am making an official complaint to fair trading and would suggest everyone burnt by these shonks to do the same. Enough complaints and these jerks will see action

Charged a mark up price, hefty shipping fee. Tracking status notify my order has been shipped and out to deliver but i never received them. Package goes missing. Wonder if they resell them to others with higher price tag. Why post online to lure and mislead consumers if they are out of stock, they clearly said it's in stock and there are available that's why i bought it. I now missed the chance of buying others for substitute because they are not available. This is so unfair. I will report to consumer affair

Guys don’t trust this website

Please note that when I purchased hand sanitiser 3 weeks ago it was in stock, but looks like due to unfaithfully staff my item got missing, last week when I ranged to follow up I found out that my order #100101934 was changed to back order

I received my Merchandise finally, everything was okay, except customer communication. Not order confirmation received, but the goods were Brand new in perfect condition. My kids are more than happy about Chicco Sit N Train.
