I love my new phone. Fast refresh rate, excellent sound quality powered by Bose with an integrated woofer. The POCO F8 Ultra with 16GB Ram & 512GB ROM arrived within the week. I was surprised with the quick delivery and updated tracking info. I originally opted for the 12GB Ram but over the weekend changed my mind as I plan to snap a lot of photos and videos. Jeneene assured me that it was not a problem and made the amendment to my order once I paid the difference. Best to use email to contact the Phone Warehouse. I'm very happy with the phone. Love it. Thank you Jeneene for a great service.

Overall, great experience. I purchased a Pixel 9A at a price way cheaper than elsewhere. When I proceeded with purchase, I received notification that it was to be shipped ex Hong Kong so was a bit concerned. However, got tracking and followed until it arrived 4 days later. Phone was as described so very happy. Only comment would be to make it clear where the stock is coming from.

So their site is a little bit behind their actual inventory, which is not ideal, but not too bad.
As it happens, I was open to getting the larger capacity one. Random phone fact: internal storage is like 10x faster to read and write than an SD card, so even if you have a SD expansion slot, you may still prefer having more internal storage.
They sorted everything out and shipped it extremely promptly. Good trade, would recommend.

Fantastic Company to deal with, purchased a Nothing phone (best ph I’ve ever had), which was delivered directly in under a week ex Hong Kong, great communication and wonderful experience throughout. Highly recommended, these guys are 5 star plus in my opinion, and totally the opposite of my experience with Parallel Imported which don’t deserve to be in business.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S25 from the phone warehouse in New Zealand and I am very happy with every part of the experience. Delivery was prompt and exactly as promised, and the communication was fantastic from start to finish. It was great to speak with real, knowledgeable people behind the company who clearly care about their customers.
Their prices are among the lowest I have seen, yet everything about the process was transparent, professional, and absolutely legitimate. My order arrived exactly as described and in excellent condition. In a market where very low prices can sometimes make you hesitate, my experience confirmed that Phone warehouse is the real deal.
I highly recommend Phone warehouse. This was an awesome, hassle-free purchase, and I would happily buy from them again. 5 stars.
What a fantastic Kiwi business to deal with! So knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The customer service was outstanding, and the delivery was right on time with great packaging. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, truly a top-notch experience from start to finish!
Purchased a phone in March 2024 and it was not delivered within the stated time frame. The phone faulted (would shut down and power off for no reason) in Dec 2024, well within the 12 month guarantee period. Taking information from my email and without physically examing the phone, Jeneene's "tech team" made a
determination that the fault was user error. I disputed this and was instructed by Jeneene to take the phone to my local repairer for assessment. The local repairer refused to look at the phone because it was still under guarantee/warranty and if he looked at it, he would become a third party which would void any warranty/guarantee that I may have. This is clearly stated in the Phonewarehouse NZ Ltd terms and conditions on their website. Having got nowhere with Jeneene I took the matter to the NZ Disputes Tribunal. The Tribunal ruled in my favour and order that I return the phone to the Phonewarehouse NZ Ltd and that Jeneene refund what it cost me less an 8 month "usage fee". Done deal, NO. Jeneene made every excuse she could not to pay the amount on time, claimed I did not return everything that came with the phone when all it was was the handset. She got tripped up here both by videos on social media which showed the box only contained the handset and by the manufacturer who confirmed it was only a handset. Jeneene also insisted that I supply my pin number used to unlock the phone which I supplied through the Courts and explained that I used the fingerprint identification to access the phone when I used it. Jeneene complained she couldn't access the phone. (welcome to my world Jeneene, because of the faults, I couldn't access it either). I did not receive the payment ordered by the Disputes Tribunal by the date specified in their decision and had to take the matter to the Courts Collection service to collect payment and full payment was made on 21 May 2025. Things I learnt about Jeneene and the Phonewarehouse NZ Ltd, they are a parallel import company, they do not have a "tech team" in New Zealand, it is in Hong Kong, they do come under the NZ Consumers Guarantee Act and they choose to ignore orders made by the NZ Courts.

The website clearly states all phones are in stock and are ship from our NZ Warehouse. For this reason I chose to go with them but it turns out that when I get my shipping information two days later when they finished processing my order two days later not one day as they state, I find out that the phone is being shipped from China and so I'm not going to get my phone on time which was imperative that I get this phone immediately as soon as possible otherwise I would have gone with another crowd to buy my phone as my business is run through my phone and so now I cannot work and I have no income until that phone arrives from China thank you phone warehouse for screwing me over 100% I've already lost customers because of it. All I can say is don't believe anything that they say on their website. It's all lies and don't expect your phone to come before two weeks because right now as it is my phone hasn't even been shipped at all from Hong Kong. Hong Kong is a strange place where the NZ Warehouse is located.

Great experience. The Phone Warehouse was quick to respond to any issues and communications. In my case there was a stock error in the order I placed. They contacted me, explained the issue, and offered a solution.
I was a little apprehensive at first buying from this store, but online reviews were good so I decided to take the plunge.
My phone arrived nice and fast, as per the expected delivery date, and all was good until about a week later when I noticed some dead pixels.
I reached out, and I got a quick response. I was asked to provide some pictures, and then soon after, I was supplied with courier info, and my phone was uplifted, and a new one arrived about a week later.
Problems will always occur, it's how a company deals with those problems that determines if they are good or not.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy off them in future.

The communication was excellent at all times. Emails were quickly turned around within hours - and resolved. There was a third party delivery problem initially, but these were responded to with great haste. I was most impressed. AA+
Thought I was buying from a New Zealand company and product was a NZ model. It was shipped from China and was a version sold on Chinese market so did not come with same functionality. This was not clear on the site. When I contacted then to return it they stopped replying.

I can't recommend the Phone Warehouse enough.And I won't hesitate to buy from them again.I ordered a Pixel 9 pro and it came box sealed and I couldn't be happier.Customer service is first class.Emails are replied to quickly and politly. Well done Phone Warehouse it's been a pleasure.
I was very nervous as the phone warehouse was selling the S24 Ultra way cheaper than most other retailers, but it arrived at my SI doorstep, from Hong Kong, extremely fast (just over a week). The product was as described and in a sealed box. Set up instructions all in English and it works perfectly with my SIMs.
S24 Prompt arrival
After reading the online reviews I decided to give this company a go. Very prompt arrival of S24. But...no charger and no cable. This occurred without a warning so I am now having to order, from a different company, charger and cable. A disappointing outcome for otherwise very good service. How good is the Galaxy S24...don't know as I can't charge it!

Received my phone from Hong Kong thru DHL couriers. The tracking by DHL was fantastic so I knew its location every step of the way .
Phone is registered with the Samsung website so I know its serial number is legit and the phone is legit.

I was fairly skeptical of the website, but, I ordered a Pixel 9 (no one else had the 256GB option and was willing to ship to NZ). The person who operates the website fulfilled the order within a day or so (I ordered at night), and shipping was arranged with DHL (the bot on Whatsapp contacted me to manage shipping). It only took 4 days (operated on Saturday in Auckland thankfully) to deliver the phone from Hong Kong (I think?) - the phone matched the description, and was in perfect shape. It came in sparse packaging (like just a courier bag, then the Pixel cardboard box), but there were no dents on the box and the phone was fine - and was the global version. I guess going through this website saves you from having to look at HK online shops and ask whether they do international shipping (like Price HK - an index).

I spent 2700$ for both and got gifted an upgrade for the s23 ultra from 256gb to 512gb for free!!! Which is $300 more.
