It's hard to fathom that a no KYC with no valid documents in Australia themselves can refuse to pay $400 and close account down for not having a VALID ID.

I gave them every document they asked for. Bank cards, Utility bill, 3 months worth of Bank statements, Healthcare card, Medicare card, Birth certificate, Working with Children's card and an expired drivers licence.
That should be more than enough to prove I am infact ME.
